JI Hotel (Guangzhou Rainbow Bridge Metro Station)

Very disappointing stay. The housekeeping standard was poor. We returned to our room to find that no towels had been replaced at all. Even after I raised my concerns with the hotel, the housekeeping the following day was still careless and the bed was left looking very untidy. The front desk service was also disappointing. There was barely any greeting or welcoming expression, and the staff often came across as cold and uninterested. What made me even more uncomfortable was that I personally noticed a clear difference in how warmly some staff interacted with mainland Chinese guests compared with us. I can’t say why, but the difference was noticeable. I even booked an additional room during our stay, so it was frustrating to spend more money and still receive this level of service. I’m not expecting luxury, but basic cleanliness, properly replenished towels and friendly, consistent service towards all guests should not be too much to ask.

3rd time staying in this hotel. Special request a room near to laundry area and the front desk manage to arranged it. 3 minutes walk from subway station. Definitely will come back again whenever I back to Guangzhou!

The staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay over the hotel. They also helped us to collect our parcel on behalf of us which is a plus point too. Room were spacious and sufficient for 2 large luggage to be opened in the room. The only downside is that there were still hair strand on the floor despite we have informed the receptionist to clean up. And there were some smoke traces that sip through the room during one of the day even though it is non smoking within the building which is a bit disappointed. Overall the service was good.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location with lots of food nearby. It's also near a subway station so it makes travelling easy! The front desk staff are really nice and friendly as well!

Room very nice and staff very friendly. Service overall very good. I Will recommend friend or family for next trip.

Very comfortable and service very good Sleep very well

Highly recommend this Ji Hotel branch! The staff were very warm and helpful throughout my stay. I loved the convenience of their smart robot, which seamlessly delivered my online shopping parcels and food orders right to my door. Location-wise, it's perfect—very close to the subway station and surrounded by lively morning and night markets. It made exploring the local culture and food scene so easy. Excellent value and service!

The location is super convenient, right near the Rainbow Bridge Metro Station. The room live up to the high standards of the Ji Hotel brand. What made this stay truly memorable was Xiao Han at the front desk. 小韩 provided top-notch service with a warm smile, making check-in and check-out a breeze. 小韩 was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Whenever we come back to Guangzhou, we will definitely choose this hotel again and hopefully to see 小韩 again! Highly recommended!
