It’s a great hotel to enjoy the cultural activities in Guangzhou. It’s 5 minutes walk to the Guangdong Museum, Guangzhou Opera House and Guangzhou Library. The location is super. We have a room facing the River and Guangzhou Tower. View at night is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend it to everyone.

Gotten the room facing canton tower. Amazing view at night. Suite is big and clean. Service staff are all very polite. Expected for a 5 star hotel

Service is excellent.
Front desk, Herman, Nat and Krystal at Concierge , Stark at the front door and Winnie at Execute lounge have been very helpful.
Location is great. We also suggest their offer of one day (5 meals) plan for like RMB$450 per person, the executive lounge can see the beautiful view of the Pearl River and the Canton Tower. Very happy with our stay for 3 days.

View, service，breakfast are the most impressive aspects during my stay. It’s been 5yrs since my last visiting at Ritz Guangzhou, however the scale of their hardware&software experiences are still world-class! Recommend!

It was a wonderful stay at Rizt- Carlton Guangzhou. The room is beautiful and I love the bathroom! Service was excellent! The staffs were so helpful!

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

All of the hotel employees were absolutely wonderful, making things easy and smooth from checking in to checking out. I ordered room service for early delivery and it came perfectly as requested.

The best hotel in Guangzhou! Clean, stylish, excellent service. Spacious private (no glass walls) bathrooms, electronic toilet seat, comfortable and very good quality beds.
