來gudauri滑雪的，這家酒店對於熱愛滑雪的不是很方便，來回需要跟酒店預約去雪場的車子，路途大概10分鐘左右。酒店整體設施比較乾淨整潔，房間也還挺大，陽台能拍到日照金山的美景。另外酒店的餐廳也很不錯，是來這邊吃到味道最好的一家，價格也不貴。
除了地理位置不是很友好，其他一切都還OK.
PS:酒店頁面備註有滑雪通行證和纜車的，但其實纜車費用是需要另外去雪場購買的

因為下雪封路臨時定的，定的家庭房，最給給的大床房，酒店感覺很冷清，樓層一般封着好像在裝修，第二天一早因為要趕路，把房卡放在前台，沒吃早飯走了

We had 2 bookings with ******* for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from *******. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling ******* to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call ******* ourselves, to try and find out where our booking was.
The General Manager, Ms Neena, was very efficient and professional in explaining the whole situation to us.The rooms were clean, and very modern, and all the basic necessities we needed were provided for. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were also great, with very efficient staff running like clockwork. The jacuzzi and sauna are complimentary, and have to be booked in advance for the privacy comfort of the guests. Free shuttle buses are provided to take guests to the ski lifts. The staff were all very professional and efficient.
We can highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Gudauri, and our advice is, if you can afford it, go for the Family Rooms. They are much more spacious and luxurious compared to the standard ones.

This is a solid hotel. Nothing too fancy, but met our needs. Being situated on a switch back makes it difficult to feel comfortable walking to restaurants.

Its good hotel to stay in gudauri with a family....beautiful view in front of hotel....specially when we stay full night in hotel snow falling and morning we enjoy so much.

فندق رائع جدا ، كل شي جميل ومرتب ، اطلاله جميله ، يوجد خدمات قريبه منه مثل سوبر ماركت ومطاعم ، يوجد شطاف ، تدفئه جميله ، مساعده ، طاقم المطعم جميلين فقط يحتاجون قليل من الابتسامه
