The best stay in Guilin!!! Pleaseeee book here! There’s also cafe downstairs where you will be i coupun to redeem a coffee. It taste so good. The room we got is upgraded to a better room with bathtub! The staff here is so polite and kind. They talk through translator for room instructions etc. We are muslim travellers and have no problem in here.

Beautiful guesthouse. We enjoyed our stay there. Nice furnishing, really helpful staff. Love the high quality coffee from the Café downstairs where you get a coffee voucher each day nice.view from the window.
Only thing is that the street noises from the road are there - so sleeping with open windows not recommended.
To get to downtown you need to take a taxi or wall 15-20min. Restaurants options are just in front of the guesthouse.

Really cute and nice hotel! You get a free coffee voucher for their cafe next door and the outdoor area is nice to grab a coffee and look at the river. The coffee prices are good. The rooms looks like the pictures.
Groceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel and the food is great. Tell them to point out the famous beef noodle place 5 minutes away it is the best! For breakfast or lunch 😊

The reception and all staff are very helpful, they speak English and helped to find the places , gave recommendations. That was great!

Authentic hotel, great design from the entrance to the rooms. The room is very unique and well designed, with a living space in front of the window to enjoy the tea they supply, and look down on the river.
Staff are kind and helpful, providing free coffee coupons upon arrival. The coffee shop is located next door, an easy way to start each day trip.
The location is slightly out of the main strip, meaning it is more relaxed and quiet, whilst being a short taxi/bus from the main action.
The dog was also cute :)

I really loved Zen Tea House! The location of the hotel was nice, there were a lot of shops around. The service was good, the cooperation with the coffee shop is great! The service was lovely, I got a free upgrade! Most of all though I really loved the room! It was spacious and the view on the river was amazing! The bath tub was amazing to relax it. I'd come back anytime I'm back in Guilin!

I really liked this hotel! The bed was comfortable, the room is clean, and the interior is cozy, at night it was no noisy. The staff is polite and the guy at the reception helped us at night to know what we were asked.
Location of the hotel near the center, it is convenient to get by taxi.
One minus is that there was not enough free space near the washbasin.
Also in the hotel give a coupon for free coffee, but coffee can be obtained only after 9 am. Here is a small terrace and even a trailer! Upstairs there is a place where you can spend waged clothes.
We are really satisfied!

Stayed in Guilin for three days. My room was clean, did not smell of cigarettes, and I had a lovely view. Upon arrival they give you a free coffee coupon which you can use in the coffee shop next door. The staff are friendly and respectful. The atmosphere was very peaceful. I would definitely book here again when I come back to Guilin!
