Hyatt Regency Guiyang

The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for hospitality in Guiyang—perhaps in all of China. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever in a decade of traveling China. Brand new facilities, top notch staff, and right next door to a stunning park. If you like running, I highly recommend the running park in the urban park behind the hotel—absolutely stunning urban running (see the photos below) 🏃🏽‍♂️Can’t go wrong staying here if you are in Guiyang 💯

Many, many thanks to Carl and Harris… Two outstanding managers; they made everything just seem effortless. The cleaning staff was very attentive and prompt and kind. I was so impressed. This is probably one of the best hotel customer service experiences I’ve ever had in China.

The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge depar**ent helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. First class experience. 贵阳最好的五星级酒店，开业十几年，外观惊艳驻立在观山湖畔，服务一流，感受到贵阳人满满的热情。朋友的生日，酒店特意准备了惊喜的客房布置，下午茶，中餐厅，西餐厅，环境舒适，菜品齐备。因为行李比较多，礼宾部同事几次帮我提行李，临走的时候，因为手机没电，前台的小姐姐特意帮我借了充电宝。第一次写评论，是被贵阳凯悦酒店的同事朋友们感动温暖。感谢Kristine和Fanny以及所有同事的辛苦付出，建议大家，尤其是00后一定要住一次凯悦酒店，秒杀所有民宿和网红酒店。体验感一流。

The staff was very friendly and helped us at any time. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city, you often need to travel by taxi or metro to go to the most attractions.

I can advice this hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean.

酒店大堂非常漂亮，前台的小姚，小侯非常熱情，讓我覺得賓至如歸，這次是來貴州旅遊，可惜衹在貴陽停留一晚，下次過來還會選擇凱悦。酒店後花園空氣非常新鮮，吃完飯去散步非常愜意，酒店附近的小吃和有名的酸湯魚、酸湯牛肉離酒店很近，出門就能嚐到美食。十分推薦！！！

酒店大堂特別大氣，環境很好，酒店後面是觀山湖公園風景非常不錯，交通便利附近小吃非常多，酒店服務非常好 給我辦入住的小趙，給我提供幫助的小侯給我印象特別深刻，非常有温度的一家酒店

房間很好 位置很好 離會展中心很近 周圍有博物館圖書館 前台小侯服務熱情 人美心善😘 主動幫助訂餐 大堂有身着苗族服飾的小姐姐和小哥哥🌹 客房送餐的小哥哥服務也很好 桌子都推來了😅
