Right from the start, my experience was excellent. I had messed up the nights of my reservations (totally my fault) and arrived a day early. No problem! Lala had a room, and gave it to me at my booked rate. (Many place will tell you that you either have to book the extra day online again, or else they have to charge a higher non-online rate.)
The room was super clean, the whole complex was fairly new. My big screen TV worked great, and I even figured out how to hook up my Fire TV stick via HDMI. Wifi worked excellent, with lots of download speed (I think it was close to 50 Mbps, awesome for streaming) and had no issues streaming from Netflix and Amazon.
The hot facility was especially nice -- they had a nice hot sauna, and a hot tub. I met a number of fellow guests!
Breakfast was fairly typical, on the "low-average", with waffles, cereal, breads etc., but I think only one small hot dish (sausage and gravy). But that's a bit of a nit... Also, my room overlooked the golf course, how great is that!

Staff is very friendly and it was exactly what we were looking for for an overnight stay close to Crested Butte.

This is an older property but it was nice and clean and didn't smell bad! I appreciate a good-smelling room. We even used the nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were really small and flat. But it was a great deal on price!

I'm sorry I don't know her name, but the lady at check-in was wonderful! I was staying over a Holiday weekend and she made sure I was able to check in early, and was available for anything you could need-even over the holiday.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I had my 2 dogs with me, and the golf course behind the hotel was a great space to walk them (it was winter, so no worries about flying golf balls).
The breakfast was fine for me, although I'm not a big breakfast eater. If you like a hot breakfast with lots of variety, this probably won't suit you. (There are plenty of good breakfast places in Gunnison though!)

The property was very clean. Check-in was fast and easy even with a pet. The rooms were pretty standard but definitely clean and up to date. The jacuzzi and workout room are clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!

Very basic. Clean. Beds and pillows not very comfortable but OK. Entire place (hallway, inside room, inside microwave) smelled STRONGLY of cleaning chemicals. I wouldn't stay here again just because of that.
