Pathetic room service. Don't expect room service on time. During breakfast time, lunch time and dinner time most of the room service staff will be busy there and no one will deliver room orders. Order room service only if you have patience to wait for more than one hour and repeated phone calls to reception and room service. Advice for quick response to room service : step 1 - polite phone call and place order. Step 2 - remind your order over phone 5 times after a gap of 10 minutes. After 50 minutes if no response step 3 - call reception and place your order politely again if you have patience and lot of leisure time. If no response call again and you will advised by the manager to raise written complain and they will promise to improve next time and expect an apology from the manager.
