Great stay, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming, helpful staff.

The location was excellent and very central. The vreakfast was n9t bad as well. Good for a short stay.

Room is average, but view was great given the price. The common areas are not well maintained and clean enough, breakfast was also normal with little variety. If you just need a place to sleep, near to Qilou old street and nothing else, can choose here.

Last min same-day booking yet room got upgraded, spacious room and good location, easy access to popular areas in the city.

The receptionist are so efficient and they’re understaff tremendously. However they still function in tip top professionally. I’m amaze by how the customer cut queues and of no where broke glasses and all the delivery just jumped in to ask questions, the chaos situation over front desk daily ( we stay 10 days, 3 sets of rooms) and the front desks just handle patiently but efficiently! My goodness please give them the raise they deserve!!!

The front desk was helpful and attentive. I got a free upgrade to river view so I was happy. The mattress and bedsheet were clean but the room was a bit run-down. I liked the gifts included which were free photography, tea bags, coconut bowl souvenir, etc. The photographer was responsive and professional. Overall a satisfactory stay. The free Chinese-style breakfast may not suit everyone and may not have many choices.

Fantastic location, close to the old town and Sotte Porticos Streets. Large rooms and very comfortable. Hotel is a little old but don't let that put you off, the price is very good for the location. Lovely local restaurant directly opposite the hotel entrance run by a lovely couple and the wife is a brilliant cook using local fresh produce. Great local restaurants at the very end of the Sotte Porticos street where you can buy fresh seafood across the street and bring it back to the restaurant to cook. We just ate the fresh seafood at the restaurant and it was delicious.

This is my second time staying at Ali Sea View Hotel. This is a great budget family hotel. This time, my entire family of 8 people. We booked 2 premier business family suite. Overall, the stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only comment from my mum is the bathroom and toilet frosted glass, she feel uncomfortable using the bathroom. Cleaning service is great. We didnt request for full room make up daily, but our friendly cleaning lady changes our towels, empty out the trash and provided plenty of drinking water daily. Location of the hotel is good, not too far from Qilou Old Street, plenty of eateries nearby too.

Nice hotel very close to Qilou Street and the old colonial quarter of Haikou. Nice room , well presented TV projector was novel instead of a TV set but only worked at night. The breakfast was incredibly poor quality, cold, badly presented , no juices and not a single concession towards a Non-Chinese meal. Although it was very cheap it still wasn’t worth it , although the accommodation was good value. Very helpful staff although very little English spoken.

Everything is GD , remember my Sim card cannot use suddenly,and 2 sweet lady help us find the location and when we reach there they say we not citizen so need go Infront to have Sim card register lucky enough.feel so nice of them to go beyond their role
