Clean room. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Less than 10 minutes walk from Train Terminal to Hotel. Tram station is a short distance walk. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. WiFi is a bit slow. Onsen is good. Overall happy with our stay there.

Pretty good at everything except the distance from the Hakodate station.
BTW the window cannot be opened.

The front desk staff did not provide clear explanations during check-in and only gave guests a single English introduction to read on their own. This will cause confusion and inconvenience.
This hotel is convenient for self-driving travelers, as it has partnered with nearby parking lots to ensure ample parking space. Apartment-style hotel providing fully equipped facilities as there is no need to go outside to find a laundry store(remember to buy laundry detergent).
The hotel hot spring is great, guests can watch TV while enjoying hot springs. The rooms are spacious, and some even offer sea views from the windows. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel for a truly delightful stay.

Very nice facility. The room has a magnificent sea view. There’s basic kitchen equipments in the room as well. You can even buy ingredients from the nearby supermarket and make your own meals. The hotel has excellent breakfast buffet, as it provides sashimi and tenbura. The onsen is a plus as it has multiple pools and very clean.

Love this hotel!!! We got deluxe twin room for 3 adults and the room is the biggest one compare with other hotels we stayed in Hokkaido (It even got a small kitchen attached to it!!) The room is clean and come with a sea view, the lobby is grand as well. The hot spring is very nice and huge (probably also nature as claimed). Have great food, Izakaya and convenient store nearby for around 5-10mins walk.
The only minus point is it's a bit away from the Hakodate JR station (ard15 mins walk), which is a bit dreadful for us with 3 luggage (1huge 2small) in winter on ice and snow:'). Highly recommended people with huge luggage on winter to take bus from Hakodate Station (something like 95, costing for only something like 250yen only. the information center in the station can help, someone with great English there as well). The bus can get off directly infront of the hotel.
Very much enjoyed this hotel! Wish can stay one more night!

位置雖然離函館車站要稍微走一下，不過房間真是有夠大。
鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，還有電磁爐和抽油煙機。可以簡單開伙。
真的不行也有微波爐可以買超商便當回來微波
服務人員也很親切
附近有麥當勞，如果不知道早餐要吃什麼的可以去吃。
