Çok güzel bir otel, konumu çok uygun, otel sağlık durumu iyi ve her türlü imkana sahip, spor salonu, küçük bir yüzme havuzu var, yakınlarda hipermarketler ve restoranlar var. uygun fiyat.

Неплохой отель на короткое проживание. Завтраки нормальные, до пляжа нужно ехать мин 7 на машине. Шум от дороги.

The exceptional professional front desk staff. Especially Diago who was so helpful and pleasant during the day and Elizabeth who is at the front desk at night.

The bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water still in it at check in. Also, no fridge in the room. Just a big hole where it should have been

It went well during the few days, but when I decided to extend the days there, it did not go well much.
1. The gym door was supposed to be accessible for hotel members with their card. When I tried mine, it did not go through. I went to the staff and they told me that the maintenance guy has the only key to the gym door and I had to wait for him after his 30 minute lunch break. After 30 minutes have passed, he did not arrive yet. I asked the staff again, but they told me that there was nothing for them to do about it, so I left dissatisfied; they should have a backup key in case this happens..
2. When I extended the stay for two bedrooms same room on the 5th floor, we were using the same cards with same room. However, while one card goes through, the other card does not activate. I had to walk through the hallway, went down from 5th floor to 1st, and asked them to reactivate. Same issue happened again, but this time the other card does not go through. I was asked by the woman in staff that it is normal, advised me to bring two cards to activate at the same time. However, later that night while hanging some stuff with me, it did not go through, so that got me irritated. They need to update their cards or system about this issue…

The shower did not work.. I pulled the knob off while trying to turn it on. I tried to call the front desk.. the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager was able to get maintenance to fix the shower. The room smelled musty.

Our room was musty. Had to use solid air freshners on the night stands and air vents. Carpet was damp and the comforter on the bed was slightly damp. When I notified the front desk I was told they would let maintenance know. It was disappointing that there wasn’t any other effort to do anything more.
Overall the facility was clean and located in a very busy areal
