We stayed here for a couple of nights in order to attend a match at the Rugby World Cup in Lille. We chose the Lys Hotel as it was only a half-hour drive from the stadium and was priced sensibly (unlike hotels actually in Lille). Our welcome was warm and friendly and the couple who run the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our short stay. Our room was better than we'd expected for the price, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and was spotlessly clean. We liked also the free parking at the back of the hotel (accessed through an archway under the hotel with PIN code access to the gates at night). Breakfast was fine, with each guest getting a small basket of fresh bread, croissant and pain au chocolat. There was some ham and some nice little cheeses for those who aren't wild about the sweetness of some French breakfasts. We'll definitely be back if our travels take us to this locality again.

Breakfast and location were good. Parking was full even though we booked way in advance, so that was inconvenient.

Stayed here previously & found it to be good, the owners are pleasant & helpful. Point to note, there are no brewing facilities in the rooms, well our room did not have any? The bonus at this hotel is secured parking. It also as a lift just in case you have mobility issues. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had an extended stay to sort family matter and had to navigate the complicated covid rule in different country.
The room allocated fitted our purpose, small, basic but clean.
They served breakfast for ~7 euro and also dinner for ~14 euro. It is handy for those travelling for business.
The staffs were friendly.
The wifi connectivity were variable, with the strongest signal ;ocated in the bathroom. 4 G phone signal were inte**ittent in the area, with most of the time dropped below 3G. This improved when we travelled out of the area.

Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement. Un accueil très chaleureux, une literie excellente dans des chambres très calmes et confortables. Un parking fermé et sécurisé. Ce fut un très bon séjour que nous espérons renouveler. Merci
