The great place to healing my mind. Every morning I woke up before 6 am. I can feel the sunrise rising from Indian Ocean. It is little hot, I jumped into the clean pool. Sometimes went down to the beach swam in the Indain Ocean. And fortunately I saw big turtles. Food was very nice. Everyday I had latte with 4 sugars. It was my energy for starting a happy day. Head chef looks like a chef in the movie. They served diffent meals everyday and very nice. Better than other hotels. I visited several hotels in Sri Lanka. There are a lot of nice hotel. But room condition, kindly staff, maintainance facilities, and quality of food.. Here is the best place of the same rated hotel. I don't know when can I go to Sri Lanka again, I expect healing my mind in the Sooriya resort again.

My vacation was quiet, calm and relaxing. Beautiful rooms and view. Delicious food, both European and local. There is a selection of seafood. The staff is nice and friendly. I recommend going for a massage - it's worth it. I'll be back again😉

Just returned after 1 night stay with my family. Such a wonderful, friendly and clean property. The staff were fantabulous. Foods was top notch with very good portions. Ocean is just infront of the hotel. Pool is clean and well maintained. My 3 kids had a wonderful time there. Wish we could stay one more night. All and all, highly recommended and highly worth for the money. Best staff and beat hospitality. Two thumbs up.

Staff were very friendly, always checking out on us and making sure we were having a good experience. Food was good, it has a nice pool. The beach is a bit too rocky but staff will point you to safe bathing areas, and the water temperature there is phenomenal. We enjoyed the room, very spacious and with storage options to keep your luggage organized.

For all intent and purpose this was my final hotel stay while exploring Sri Lanka and it was the perfect ending. It’s a first class property that is well maintained and well run. It has amazing views of the ocean as I could watch the sunrise from my bed! There is a small beach just a short walk from the hotel. It’s also well situated for you to explore all of the local sites/activities. The desk can arrange tours or rides to suit your needs. I would highly recommend this property if you find yourself in Rekawa Beach!

We would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially Chan-Den, Kavindu and Chandana and the pool attendant Samen. A very beautiful and clean room with an ocean view. good cuisine and especially good Sri-Lanka desserts. Thank You at all !!

great place to relax with staff that can't do enough for you. Joshua was especially helpful and attentive, and could make things happen. Amazing breakfast and good espresso at the bar if you ask for it.

Don't try to get in touch with the hotel directly to get the booking done. Chances are high they will skip your booking without giving any notice. Official booking confirmations and printscreens of your communication with hotel staff will not help you afterwards. Especially cool to get that kind of surprise while travelling with a family and planning to spend the New Year's night at the place. Thank you, Sooriya and Anthony personally, for arranging this entertainment for us!
