Let's get to the import stuff: Great location and in the center of everything within the city. Staff was great and it was an unusual set up when you do the self-check-in at the bar of all places, but it was a very cool concept. Great rooms but a suggestion for them is to get some carpets on the floor as it was cold this winter and no slippers provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and nice to sleep in. The view of the river was great, LOTS of windows with nice views and the area was quiet at night. I like that that the TV was "unlocked" and I could hook up my tablet to it to watch some of my local shows & movies since EVERYTHING on the channels was all in German, nothing in English. I like that they had an Ice machine at the end of the hall but a minifridge in the room for convenience would have been nice for snacks and sodas. They had a really nice clean room and included a nice Bluetooth speaker to play music with or as I connected my tablet to it while streaming shows to the TV. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was cleaned for the 3 days I stayed so that was nice. When I return next Chris**as, I will definitely be staying here again.

We had the best experience at this hotel! Our rooms made you feel like you were on a cruise. It was small but well designed and super cute. Loved the option at check in to substitute daily cleaning for a free drink in the lovely bar area. The staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Good value. Very modern. If travelling for business, there are lots of common work areas but no desks in the room (you might need to request a superior room).

This property was incredible! I loved the outdoor patio open to all, the 24/7 bar & restaurant. The location was ideal. The rooms were clean and contemporary. The beds were comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff was kind and all spoke English! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and, in fact, already have to local friends who have guests coming to town as well as other friends traveling to Hamburg in the future.

A very small point they could have a better selection of bar food on their menu.
