Premier Inn Hamburg City Klostertor

밤에 도착했는데 직원 없어서 한참 기다렸고 직원도 숙박료 모두 지불했는데 다시 지불하라고 요구해서 트립닷컴에 연락하니 그제서야 다 지불됬다며....몰랐다는데 진짜 몰랐을까 싶다ㅠㅠ위치도 살짝 위험한 동네처럼 보였다.

Очень чисто. Завтрак вкусный. Расположение удобное. Приятный персонал.

Room basic. But nice large shower. Strange that the personel both at check in and leaving did not speak english. You should expext that at an international hotel.

A very good place to stay. I definitely recommend it for everyone

El hotel está super nuevo, las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy limpias, la cama muy comoda, pero tiene un pero grande, la zona, es una zona de naves que por la tarde-noche no tiene nada de actividad, ademas para ir desde la estacion de tren al hotel el camino mas directo es horroble porque cruza zonas con mendigos con adicciones que crean una inseguridad terrible, es mejor dar un rodeo por la zona del lidl cercano, que es una zona de poblacion africana que es mucho mas seguro y animada, llena de restaurantes y de gente normal

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay for a weekend in the City. There are quite a few of the Premier Inn hotels in Hamburg (and one just along the road from this one). Thankfully we opted for Klostertor...... The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from both Berliner Tor and Hamerbrook train stations. Perfect for getting to the airport or the city centre (central station is actually 2 minutes only from Hamerbrook). There is a supermarket near by and a well known fast food restaurant walking distance from the Hotel. The main entrance is very nice and welcoming, the bar/lounge area had a great vibe and there is a vending machine for late night snacks. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and most spoke English as well as German. Nothing was a problem for them and I was happy to leave good feedback on the compliment cards (they are in the bowl with the Haribo sweets mmm). We were on the 5th floor. Quiet room with 2 single beds we pushed easily together. Plenty bedding and a choice of pillows. A nice rainfall shower, hair dryer, TV, plenty hangers and tea/coffee stocked. The room was very clean and we opted to donate meals to those in need by not requesting a room clean during our stay (not sure if this was an initiative in Germany or just the city). Plenty hand wash, body wash and towels. Not a single complaint and the Premier Inn "mood light" on the bed was a cool, nice little touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy air con and lovely facilities. Added breakfast which was fantastic. Only downside the coffee in the rooms was undrinkable You know what your getting with a premier inn so that was delightful. Staff were kind and courteous. Highly recommended

Der Aufenthalt war wie wir es seit Jahren von Premier Inn kennen (Frankfurt (6 mal), mehrfach in Hamburg, Passau, Wien ...) sehr angenehm. Was mich zu der negativen Bewertung zwingt ist die Tatsache, daß wir am Donnerstag Abend gegen 23:40 Uhr von einem Theaterstück zurück in das Hotel kamen und noch einen Drink an der Bar haben wollten. Hinter dem Tresen waren 4 Angestellte anwesend, von denen uns einer erklärte: "Wir haben die Bar eben geschlossen, wenn Sie noch etwas trinken wollen: die Tankstelle schräg gegenüber hat noch offen." Hinter uns standen noch zehn weitere Gäste, die aus dem gleichen Theater kamen. Unsere Getränke wurden uns dann sehr freundlich vom Barkeeper im "niu Yen" Hotel nebenan serviert. DANKE FÜR NICHTS !
