BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Far away from a five star resort to make things short, but let’s point out first the positive things: The dinner buffet was quite good with much varieties and rotation over the days, you could see the chefs were proud of their work standing outside and presenting it. The front desk was trying their best to compensate us with a room upgrade after complaining about the old room which was much appreciated. Apart from the above things: A five star hotel should provide at least the basic amenities like tooth brush and paste, comp and cotton sticks…. Nothing available, not even after asking front desk, they told us we could walk or order it by taxi or get it at the super market. The hotel over all is quite run down, furniture, tables and chairs are old and should be replaced. Reading from past experiences about theft and robbery we tried all locks in our room. When closing the terrace door of our first room 207, it could easily be opened after being locked. It’s a pity that even previous complains haven’t being recognized or fixed, especially after such a serious thing like theft. We felt all the time overpriced for the services, taxis, drinks, food, activities and so on. Value is not there for money. We made a quad tour through trash fields and paid 50€ per person….this tour might be private, however it’s promoted on the hotel ground, this should not be on the programs of any luxurious hotel brand. In general the hotel and local area has a reputation problem with scamming and ripping of guests, we think the authorities in the tourism industry should step in and come up with a plan and improve the overall situation, otherwise it will damage the entire industry, not just Hammamet. Very sad tbh

I spent 12 days at Steigenberger resort at Hammamet with family and have a lovely time over there. The sea facing large double room was very spacious and comfortable. I could enjoy the nice calm sea view every day. • The staff was very good and cooperative. They took care of all tourists well. • Entertainment team was superb! They were friendly and engaging with all. keeping everyone busy all day! • Restaurant food was good and with lot of variety; though sometimes they lacked hygiene aspects (e.g some flies around or people touching food by hand), but I think it is a cultural and location difference. • Beach sand is very nice. Unfortunately, before I went, there were storms and beach was got some desert thorns in the sand... so was not safe to walk without footwear. But otherwise, it would be excellent! • If you can’t find something or need it; I would advise to ask for it ! • Beach will be always full of people trying to sale something, which can be a bit avoided. • Outside in Tunisia, everything is a massively overproved for tourists and you need to bargain hard! • Hammamet airport shops are very badly priced. Avoid it to buy anything there.. airline food is better and cheaper ! • Overall, this resort id worth going again for next holidays in few years.

We are having the best time at Steigenberger. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are wonderful and the food is cracking. The animation team are so friendly and the games/shows are fun!!! Emna, Nounou and Vicky were amazing with us/our 1 year old. The mini club is cute to take the kids to as well- we accompanied our little one but they can go on their own from older. The staff couldn’t do more for you- they’re lovely. The spa is amazing value for money and again, very clean. We’re very happy with the stay and are looking forwards to the rest of the week.

Amazing time at this hotel, everyone from reception to kitchen team, and bar staff can't go out of there way enough. The animation team are amazing and will take time to sit with you and get to you know. Very clean and comfy rooms, best time I've had on any holiday.

Brilliant Hotel, well beyond our expectations. The facilities and staff cannot do enough for you. The bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing and will do everything they possibly can for you including delivering drinks to your room for you and just those little extra touches. The entertainment team are also so attentive and friendly on such a good level, very friendly and approachable and are always doing activities during the day. In the evening they put on a spectacular performance for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at Steigenberger Mahaba Thalassic.🙌🏻 Specially my daughter enjoyed with the entertainment team 💖💖 We also enjoyed every day fresh cooked food. Highly recommend this hotel 🙌🏻🙌🏻………………………………………………………….
