Good location, pool is always warm and it’s close to bars and town

The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive.

I was told that I didn't have a reservation. This was a Christmas gift I got for my granddaughter back in November. ******* states I didn't pay at the time of the booking but I did. It was not a pleasant interaction

The property was not cleaned. Dustballs all over the floors, stains on the towels and a slightly greasy film on the furniture. Would not recommend.

Special shout out to Carlos who prepared a delicious continental breakfast for us every morning. He was extremely friendly, very attentive and super accommodating in every way!

The staff was very friendly. The bed was was very hard and uncomfortable.
My five year old was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool but it was very cold.

Decent breakfast. Very helpful staff. However the rooms, conference room furniture, and equipment (sound system in conference room) were outdated and/not working.

We stayed only one night because we went to a concert near by. We didn’t spend much time there. The bed was super hard, and my back was killing me the next morning. The breakfast was good and hot. The hotel itself is a little outdated but it was a good price for just to sleep there.
