5 Yıldızlı Hanoi Đống Đa Otelleri

I travel alone for a business trip and a meeting. I arrived at 1 pm, and the hotel was kind enough to allow me to check in early. The room is excellent, friendly, and clean. I got on the 14th floor. Breakfast was great, with a wide range of choices and appealing options. I recommend the Pullman Hanoi Hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel for 4 nights. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The toilet and shower room is separated which is nice. The hotel had also provided me a birthday cake as I had spent my birthday over the hotel stay. Overall an satisfactory stay in the 5* hotel

Excellent service, 5/5 for their polite and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out experience. Very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel so I wasn't able to check-out before 12noon but they were very understanding and told me not to worry about it, and I wouldn't be charge a late check out fee. The room was a bit dim for my liking but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. View was not so great because there was construction in front but I didn't notice any noise from the outside.

Eski mahallelerin kalbindeki bu otelin konumu çok elverişliydi! Odalar temizdi. Ancak öne çıkan şey hizmet. Sizi karşılamak ve her konuda size yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Rezervasyon yaptırmak, her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için gelmek. Tüm personel olağanüstü sıcakkanlıydı, bu yüzden tek bir kişiyi isimlendirmek haksızlık olur. Hatta doğum günü kızına bir Vietnam kasesi hediye ettiler. Otelin tek öne çıkan özelliği konumu olabilir. Bunun dışında belki de yorumlarda diğer kişilerin de belirttiği gibi özel bir odada kaldığımız için beşinci kattaki en içteki oda pek tavsiye edilmiyor. Aynı fiyat ve kalitedeki ürünler arasında nispeten zayıftır.

離還劍湖很近，交通比較堵，靠腿走或者坐摩託才方便，房間設施和國內的7天如家類似，不過河內目前大多酒店都差不多

The best thing about this hotel were the staff who were brilliant. Excellent English speaking and really helpful. There are two buildings and we were in the ‘second’ one. Only a few steps to the other hotel for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had the normal offerings and was good. Our room was top floor with a good sized balcony. Biggest problem was that the room was small and there was no space to leave cases out or unpack. It was clean and service d daily. Lift was slow but got there - a walk up from the 6th to 7th floor

I had an executive room on the 5th floor, a very nice quiet room, well lit but not much natural light, Japanese style bedroom.Close to the lake and surrounded by restaurants and massage salons. Good hot water, suitable for 1 or 2 people

The hotel is conveniently located at the Hanoi old quarter, which is central and walkable to all the heavy attractions. I was there over the Christmas weekend and there was road closure in the evening. Hence I got to alight from the car at another street and walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. They helped to carry my luggage up the stairs to my room at level 3 and also onto the transport when I checked out. Breakfast was ala carte and they were all delicious. Staff were kind to pack breakfast for us when we had to check out early the following day.
