Salute Premium Hotel & Spa

A relatively new boutique hotel which just opened in June 25th, 2023. The hotel is located near to train street and night market There are many eateries, cafe and restaurant nearby the hotel. The breakfast spread was good and the staff are prompt and attentive in attending to your needs.

太貴了 服務好被推薦來 並不值得 沒有特別 內部天窗還會聽到房客聲音

還不錯，下次還會來。

服務非常好

One of the best stays we have had as a family of four adults. From the initial booking via Agoda, I engaged the hotel via email as I had many questions. They were quick to respond and not only answered my questions but also offered alternate ideas which really helped. Based on the very competitive and reasonable price, we chose to take up the airport transfers directly from the hotel. This was a godsend as the driver patiently waited and from the moment we connected on airport wifi were in communication with Ms. Lana Hoang. This lady was fantastic in terms of customer sevice up to and including check in at the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were really impressed with the chic entrance and lobby. Everything was fresh and clean and we were given welcome drinks and cold towels while the check in staff took care off getting our paperwork all settled. Check in was fairly quick which was very appreciated. The staff was very professional and clearly explained things to us in very good English. We managed to get a family room for one night on the 9th floor (highest floor) at a great price. The room was very spacious. Two very large beds that were extra spacious and comfy and the room had all the amenities one would need. Huge and clean bathroom with a super shower (hot and strong water pressure). Location was fantastic. Right around the corner from the hustle bustle with all restaurants and shops easiky accessible. Neighborhood felt very safe even late at night. Although we regrettably only stayed one night and left super early, the team had a boxed breakfast avaialble for us at check out. Airport transfer was ready to go as well which took off a lot of stress. Thank you Salute, you were amazing and we would come back and highly recommend to others as well.

Very comfortable bed and nice quiet room. Appreciated not hearing other guests in the hall as we often do in big city hotels. The front desk staff were great and suggested good food options and smoothly transitioned us to our Halong Bay Cruise.

This hotel was super comfortable (great shower and very comfy bed, even for my very tall hubby!), and impeccably clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. The hotel staff helped us arrange day and overnight trips during our stay and were super communicative, and everything ran smoothly. The hotel is located centrally in the Old Quarter and most major tourist attractions are within 10-30 mins walk (or a short taxi/pedicab ride). There are tons of restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the door and the night markets are super close too. Breakfast was included and was great quality with lots of delicious local and international options. We also tried the spa and the massages and foot treatments were just wonderful! All of this at a reasonable rate. Loved it!
