리뷰가 없어서 고민했었는데 3일간 너무나 잘 묵고 갑니다.
호텔 위치가 너무 좋아요. 호숫가, 성당, 시장, 맥주거리 모두 도보로 갈 수 있어서 그랩 탈 일 거의 없이 지냈습니다. 직원들도 너무나 친절했구요.
서비스로 이용할 수 있었던 스파는 facial 60분을 했는데 만족스러웠습니다.
리모델링 한지 얼마 안되서 그런지 시설이 깔끔했고 조식도 간소했지만 다 맛있었어요.
다음번 출장때도 이용할 생각입니다.

The hotel has the most amazing friendliest and helpfull staff, they will do everything to make your stay perfect. The hotel is located in the old quarter and everything is available on walking distance. Rooms are comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options. Don't forget to book a spa treatment in the hotels spa. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

When picking a hotel in Hanoi we were not sure about what to expect or who to go with as it was our first time in Vietnam! I have stayed in hotels in Australia, Italy, Dubai and many more but the Minerva Hotel is up there with one of the best! The rooms are cleaned to perfection and lovely white linen! They are spotless! The rooms are big and you get complementary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast is amazing with something to cater to all tastes. The location is also perfect as it is in a safe area within close walking distance to all attractions! However, the best part about the Minerva is the lovely staff who cater to your every whim and go out of there way to be thoughtful and just be as helpful as they can to you as a first time visitor in Vietnam! They helped us organise transport, food deliveries and also brought us to a shop to get our SIM card changed which was extremely extremely helpful! They could not be more helpful if they tried! I genuinely mean it by saying the Minerva Premium should be the only place you choose to stay in Hanoi it was exceptional! Thank you so much Minerva! from, Megan

This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi. We've been hotel hopping as we are travelling around north Vietnam and Minerva Premium Hotel had excellent service. From the friendliest and most accommodating staff as soon as you walk in and leave the door, to the most tastiest breakfast options in the sky dining hall. Their rooms are super clean, modern, and chic with wide spaces for comfort. They have a great location within the old quarter and give local suggestions of things to see and try. We had a late flight and they have shower facilities after check out. All the staff were helpful, exemplary and cheerful, most especially Kate at reception.

Prime location for exploring the old town. Just a stone throw away from the lake. Great service & people with excellent personal caring. Beautifully room designed with warm ambiance. Rest assured that you would have a memorable stay in this little charming palace.
