My flight from Da Nang to Hanoi was delayed by an hour so I arrived in this property at almost 2 a.m. I was earlier advised to just ring the doorbell as they close the gate after midnight.
I only pressed the doorbell once and immediately, the gate opened. The lad at the reception checked me in immediately so I can rest.
Room has all the amenities I needed: free bottled water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, mini-bar with cold water and soda. The bathroom is well-equippef with toiletries and hairdryer. The water pressure is perfect. The toilet has a bidet. Wonderful! Do not forget to turn on the hot water switch. It should be located near the bathroom's light switch.
Free breakfast too!
The following day, the lady at the reception arranged for a private car (VND 300,000) to take me to the airport for my next flight.
The location is near Old Quarter and Hoa Kiem so book this one when you're in Hanoi if you want a private room for yourself.

The hotel very close to the famous St Joseph cathedral and many other tourist. The room is nice and the staffs very helpfull too.

Room is large and clean. Very nice staff, delicious breakfast with coffee and fruit juice. There are many delicious restaurants around the old town center. Great value for money. 100% recommended!

Before our travel, we got in touch with the Hotel and a member of its staff (Ms Lily) contacted us. She was extremely helpful - she helped us arrange our airport pick-up, side trips to Dinh Binh, Sapa and Halong Bay.
On our final day, we were out at Lotte Mall and on realising that we were half way between the Hotel and airport, we requested her to help arrange for the airport transfer driver to pick up our bags at the hotel and then fetch us from the Mall to airport. She efficiently arranged all this at very short notice. We saved about 1-hour from not having to go back to the Hotel to get the bags and then to the airport.
The Hotel is a functional no frills property.
Breakfast is provided with the room, however, it is rather basic. But there again it is good value for the room rate.

The staffs were very helpful and went beyond expectation. I will definately come back and stay here again. The manager was super helpful booked one day trip to Ha Long Bay for us. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great. Our room was clean and well equipped. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was tasty. Overall a great stay !

The hotel is great. The location could not be better right next to the Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms is clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful. Highly recommended.
