Suitable location, friendly reception, homely room layout & affordable price.
We're very much enjoyable to stay with Novotel Suite Hanoi, during our trip in Hanoi.

room is really spacious with well provided amenities.. really happy & satisfied with it.. just that, the hotel is a little further from the city & attraction places.. but easily with Grab..
breakfast has good selection too!
overall, really a great stay!

Location wise was surrounded by office nothing much to view. Front desk was not really doing her job when I arrived. After I was told that only able to check in at 1130am front desk just did nothing by telling me I have to repeated asking and my luggage was not bother by her I have to ask to help me keep for the meantime due I need to wait for 2 hours before I can check in.

Very comfortable stay, especially for a family with a big kid. Child has his own room. I think this is the best Novotel that I have stayed.

It in a very good lactation, not very far from airport, also close to the city center, around hotel, there are so many Cafe, and other eating places. Suite room is also specious.

It is probably one of the best Novotel I have stayed over the past years. Most notable are the people-- from the reception to restaurant , everyone are courteous and willing to help and sincere, and English are generally sufficient which is a great help. The TV channels are very complete from CNN, HBO, BBC, CNBC, BOX which are even better than some 5 star hotels. The breakfast collection are very wide, and fruits are yummy , which is a great way to start the day. During my visit , the restaurants in the hotel are not crowded at all, and so dining is very comfortable and allow ample distancing between tables. The dinner on roof top restaurant is great value for money --- VND 499 K for a quality BBQ buffet with proper beef and seafood. Rooms and bedding are very clean. Location is on busy street but quite a number of small restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The only aspects for improvement-- due to language , it would be great to have a doorman at the main entrance to help with giving directions to taxi drivers to ensure no miscommunication; and the room lighting can be enhanced by placing a floor lamp next to the study table to facilitate reading ; and finally the hotel name sign on the street front is too small for drivers to spot the name .

The stay is very clean and comfortable! Variety choices of breakfast and delicious. The room comes with a small kitchen with complete amenities.
