I did a massage with Ha and she's the best! So careful and sweet, she really knows what she's doing and besides that Ha is a really nice person. It was the best massage in Asia and I have been all around... Several times! Thank you Ha! Really recommend!

Great hotel for the price. Easy walking distance to anything you need - on a busy street. Staff were fabulous- very friendly, personable, and very accommodating to changes in our schedule. No major complaints other than had a massage and was very light and not very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the pictures do not correspond to reality. The hotel is very loveless and a bit dirty, there were only broken child-sized bamboo chairs on the balcony to sit on, the bathroom was in very poor condition. Payment was quick, but it took hours to get a receipt. There is a party going on in the street until late into the night. I am glad I arrived late and checked out next day very early. Better you stay somewhere else.

Very bad customer service. We arrived at the hotel and were told that our room was not available...and no acceptable solution was offered to us. The hotel suggested that we take a cheaper room for a very small discount, which was completely unacceptable, and they refused to compromise.

Kim was exceptional! She went beyond to help me in everything I needed! She is the Best! Very friendly/professional and extremely helpful! She was always inquiring if I needed anything So that my stay was a memorable one! And it was! In fact I will be back to the hotel in a week!

It's a really tiny hotel in the heart of a crowded street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. You can only get in here by walk or on bikes. The location is great, barely a 2 minute walk from train street and a whole bunch of eateries and supermarkets. However, it is a short cab ride to the main shopping areas, which is most definitely worth a visit. The staff can't speak english, so it's better you use google translator here for any communication. The rooms were super cramped, but clean and enough for a night's halt. Beds were comfortable, but if we were staying any longer than a day, the space constraints might have gotten to us. It was well ventilated and clean, so no complaints. It is good value for money. The only issue we faced here was with a tour booking we made to Lan Ha Bay through their front desk. They told us at 12:30am on the day of the tour that it was cancelled. We had to settle for a random Halong Bay tour instead at 6am that morning cos we had only that day left before we returned back home. We were unsure of whether we'll be able to get any tour at all till the very last minute. This was very disappointing; and irresponsible from their end I thought. However stay wise everything was ok. You could probably do your tour booking directly and not go through the hotel desk.

My stay here during the long ***** New Year holiday was beyond expectations. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. They always checked on me if I need anything in the room. Upon check-in, the owner was kind enough to tell me what to expect on ***** New Year's Eve and the day after so that I could plan the rest of the days. Of the few hotels I stayed in, this has the most favorable location; situated in a street with lots of dining options; local food, and 24hrs coffee shops, plus within walking distance to the train street. This location has a decent distance from the different attractions — some are even within walking distance. I had such a great stay and holiday! I would love to stay here again whenever I get the chance to spend my time in HaNoi.

The hotel is well located, beside many restaurants and the room is big, but very very noisy even 4th floor. The bathroom is big and shower is good. Matress is really uncomfortable, just a topper would help to fix the issue, also some staff don't speak English at all, 2 days receptionist didn't speak a word. First night no duvet, so night was really cold. Place could be better with a little of care.
