Great modern hotel, very spacious. Good service
View from rooms front of hotel was average cause there is an old building across the road blocking view, but rooms side of hotel over looking park look great

The service apar**ent was near by airport , the breakfast had many choose. The room facility was top quality product, such as luxury hand shower faucet, wall hung toilet & lavatory Italy brand.👍

I think this is the best place I have ever stayed at! Everything is almost brand new! The staff are amazing and kind. The prices are reasonable. The location is magical for those who want to enjoy beautiful views and sleep without noise. The lounge is great especially the message chairs.
The furniture and amenities provided in my executive studio are beyond my expectations. Everything was simply amazing except the breakfast could be more variable but still everyone could find something to eat.
I believe most of the served dishes are eastern Asian and that’s fine! The internet is really great and was perfect for my teaching and meetings.

Though we didn't stay in the central of Hanoi, we couldn't have any difficulties enjoying sightseeing. The facilities are wonderful. There are many restaurants in walking distance, including Korean restaurants. The staffs are so kind and friendly. If I have a chance to return Hanoi for the business, I will stay again.

Disgusting hotel. Unfriendly staff and poor management. Never stay here, treat customers like rubbish. Avoid.

The room is clean and modern. The bed is super king size bed. It was a nice stay. We enjoy staying in Fraser. Recomended Hotel.
