這家酒店是新開的，房間特別温馨，帶着孩子出來玩下車直接到的中央大街，尋思玩完再找家酒店住，晚上吃飯時候就在手機上找看到的這家，離中央大街特別近，大堂裝修的風格是我喜歡的，一進大堂展示枕頭的那塊也很好看，辦入住時候還給我家孩子拿了孩子的拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，服務人員很細心，還幫提着行李一直幫我送到房間，服務人員説話也都特別温柔，我想了解一下哈爾濱還有哪些好玩的地方，特別熱心的告訴我。總而言之，是來哈爾濱必住的酒店推薦！

我是一位外籍客人，這次非常感謝亞朵酒店的工作人員，雖然語言不通，在異國他鄉，但是沒有想到還是讓我如此感動，事情是我在首都機場轉機的時候不小心遺失了護照、現金還有手提包，當時非常着急，但是又由於飛機馬上要檢票，我衹找了工作人員，工作人員讓我登記訊息，留了聯繫方式，説找到後會聯繫我，隨後我到達哈爾濱，因無法提供證件連續被十餘家酒店拒絕入住。後又在網上看到這家南崗區政府亞朵酒店，我因為語言問題沒辦法打電話諮詢，我就打車過去了，到了店裡和他們説了我的情況，他們不僅通過其手機裏的護照照片為我辦理了入住，前台經理還主動聯繫北京機場幫我問我丟失的物品情況，還開車帶我前往大使館補辦護照，期間一直陪同並墊付辦證費用。最終通過他們的幫助我順利補辦了證件，我手寫了英文感謝信致謝，後用翻譯軟件翻譯成中文，發表了這個故事，非常感謝酒店的工作人員，這場遭遇因酒店的幫助變成讓我很難忘的温暖回憶。

This is a well designed hotel and had everything I needed for my stay in Harbin. My room was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottles of water provided every day. The humidifier in the room helped lessen the effect of the air conditioning, which can be drying when staying for a while. The hotel also provides very useful extras such as alcohol wipes in the room everyday. I had food delivered to my room via robot which was interesting! The only thing I missed in my room was a fridge and they only provided tea and not coffee in the room. The facilities at the hotel are good, I used the gym which is small but provides weights, a running machine, mats, resistance bands etc. There is also a laundry room which is well stocked with detergent, softener and disinfectant as well as tumble dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is only a short walk or drive from a big mall if you need to go to the supermarket or grab a coffee at Starbucks.

THE ROOM IS VERY NICE COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF REALLY GOOD IN HELPING, EVEN THEY HAVE LIMITATION IN ENGLISH LANGGUAGE BUT THEY TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US

A total oasis of comfort, calm and warmth. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed all the comforts including free laundry, great beds and modern room. We also got the breakfast and it was super delicious, and a great way to taste different Chinese foods. We loved our stay in this hotel!

Lovely hotel at central street. Near to the tanghulu, modern ice cream and chimney bread icecream. The hotel is chic with black decor, free supper at night and free laundry services... rooms and bed are so comfortable that sometimes it is so hard to leave the bed.. totally recommend!!!

This is very good little hotel, a bit pricey at some time. Very convenient location, lots of shoppings and eateries around. Staffs are excellent, breakfast too, free milled coffee, free supper meals, laundry room, are all fantastic, nothing to complain in short

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

This hotel just remind me japanese hotel with its cleanliness, neat, practice and you get everything you need when travel. More value because the room also big. Washing machine n dryer was so good. The front desk so kind. Free water bottle as many you need. And zhongyang street just next to it.
