We booked the tatami room because it looks nice. The room was clean and warm. But it was a bit unpractical for elderly. For those who brought elderly, please keep in mind, it's harder to sit up from the tatami bed due to low height. And no real place to put our luggages properly without making the room looking messy. The hotel is very close to the airport bus stop (Tianzhu hotel stop). Around 7 mt walk. And infront of the station (7mt walk).

We loved our stay in the Starway. Our room was perfect for 3, large and very comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were kind and helpful, doing their best to communicate with us eventhough we don't speak Chinese. The surrounding neighbourhood is great, with the metro nearby and a fascinating maze of little streets to explore and a bustling produce market just by the metro. Highly recommended.

開心入住，酒店大堂水吧提供茶及咖啡，種類全，房間也特別大，並且是地熱温暖還乾淨，房間設施齊全，客房阿姨服務也特別好，還免費補充礦泉水，前台小姐姐服務超級好，辦理入住非常快，前台還特意給我倒一杯茶水，喝在嘴裏，暖在心底。酒店很貼心，還有借用的耳塞給我使用，特別温馨，就像回到自己家裡一樣，下次還會來住！

來哈爾濱玩選了星程酒店旗艦店（哈爾濱中央大街中華巴洛克店），體驗直接拉滿！位置真的絕，步行幾分鐘就到中華巴洛克街區，去中央大街、松花江邊也超方便，逛吃打卡毫無壓力。酒店新裝修的環境超棒，房間寬敞乾淨，地暖超足一點不冷，乾濕分離的衞浴用着很舒心。前台的小哥哥小姐姐特別熱情，全程貼心又周到，還會主動推薦本地遊玩攻略，大堂的免費熱飲和冰糖葫蘆在大冬天裏太暖心了。不管是衞生、設施還是服務都挑不出毛病，性價比超高，下次來哈爾濱還住這家星程旗艦店！

The breakfast serves really good noodles and dumplings. We were greeted by really friendly staff members both at the lobby and for breakfast. The hotel management acts swiftly to help alleviate the cigarette smoke problems. The overall experience is positive and I will not hesitate to book again when coming to this city

因為第二天要乘坐高鐵 選擇了距離高鐵西站近的酒店。複式家庭房很給力，洗漱間上下層都有，因為我們四個人，完美的節省了時間。前台小姐姐還給我們免費的凍梨和柿子。總之這次哈爾濱之行選擇這裏很滿意。

My hubby loved the hotel as even though I'm from the outside it looks like a basic and small hotel but the interior design is nice and cosy and clean. We are given a trip room and even though the room size, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel isn't as close to central walking street as I thought it is. So end up we still Didi to the walking street. But opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which was nice to shop and also nice restaurant around the area. The price paid is really worthwhile. We will not get such a hotel standard with this price in Singapore. The only cons is that the hotel by the road so the traffic sound can be quite loud. The breakfast spread is also quite decent.

來哈爾濱玩的，剛開始的時候住在中央大街，房間的味道比較重，叫車也不方便，每次都要走很遠才能上車，於是換了一個酒店，看到這個酒店26年開業的，連評論都還沒有，還是定了，定套房都還要比中央大街的普通大床房便宜，住的也舒服，房間大，有個小客廳，衞生間也大，有洗衣房，送餐有機器人，打車也方便，可以在大堂等車帽子都不用帶直接就能上車也不冷，周邊吃的也不貴，打車去中央大街十幾分鍾，去哈爾濱站也是十幾分鍾，特別合適

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the surroundings. Throughout my stay, the level of service provided by your team exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the prompt room service, the helpful concierge recommendations, or the warm smiles from your housekeeping staff, every interaction left a positive impression.

Location is superb. Hotel looks new and clean. Services are great from receiptionist gals. There were few sizes of room with same price paid. We were offered a smaller room initially but they allowed room switch to slightly bigger one when we complaint about it. Only problem is daily cleaning not so thorough. The floors are not vacuum during our stays. Bathroom drainage were clogged due to hair not being cleared. Overall it was a comfortable stay and value added.
