Hardin Lodge

Wyndham Super 8 Hardin, MT RM #50 which was the only room I could find at the time. I should have slept in my car. 1 - FILTHY 2 - Broken refrigerator opened the door putrid rotten smell filled the room. 3 - Blood/stains on the walls doorframe to bathroom. 4 - Bathroom smelled like urine. 5 - Shower stained, black grout likely mold. 6 - Floor was wet under the sink used a towel and it turned black!! Floor was FILTHY 7 - Microwave smelled terrible when on and had a broken handle. 8 - No breakfast as advertised not even coffee! 9- No pool or work out room. 10 - Harley-Davidson style air conditioner smelled like it needed service and was obnoxiously loud! Couldn't sleep with window or door open semi running outside for cold storage unit. 11 - Holes in the wall patched wit Scotch tape. 12 - No smoke detector only the hole in ceiling with bugs and spider webs (OSHA VIOLATION I AM CHECKING TO SEE HOW TO FILE A NOTICE). 13 - BLACK FILTH around the door which was also FILTHY and no seal hot air pouring into the room. I could continue but you should get the idea of why I checked out. I would rather sleep in my car then this room. I believe it is fair to pay for my stay of 2 nights Sunday/Monday and refund the $395.66 "Cancelation Fee" to our credit card. I have a claim in but nothing as of July 26, 2024. No response from them.

I have stayed here before but never again. Two weeks ago I called and asked for a downstairs room as I had a hip replacement and have difficulty climbing stairs with luggage. I checked in and they had no record of this. The only room available was upstairs and it was a chore climbing stairs. I checked in and the room was nice and comfortable considering it was 98 degrees outside. I turned on the TV and Direct TV wasn’t working. The remote wasn’t programmed. I tried the WIFI and it wasn’t working either. I looked at the front door and could clearly see outside from under the door. The bugs did also. After a cross country trip I decided to take a shower. The water in the shower was leaking. This place has gone downhill from last year. I would not recommend this motel. Steer clear.

I cant speak to any room other than 41. It was literally the worst room I have ever stayed in. I'm 55 years old and have traveled a decent amount. If that room is average for this location I am surprised they are still in operation. I left when I was awoken by sounds of something crawling around in the mattress (around 4am).

We attended Custers reenactment in Gary Owen Montana. Not quite what we expected but was educational and fun.this hotel was a bit pricey for the event. But was close by. Hardin montana is a quaint little town.

I should of drove the extra miles and stopped in Billlings No breakfast, no internet. NO POOL! Unhappy children

The hotel is run down and seen better days. The mattress is on metal springs. Don’t stay if you can help it.
