The hotel offered a shuttle service and made sure we got to and from the hotel safe and had an amazing driver!!

I always stay here when I’m going out to Ohio and on the way back. It’s a halfway point for me, but this hotel makes it worth the stop. The hotel is always super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, and it’s just overall exactly what you pay for. I love it here.

The safe was super nice and made checking in and out easy! The facility was clean and up to date! The dining staff was also so nice, and the food was good! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! No complaints!

The hotel was the absolute worst I have been in a long time. We booked on ********* and we're not able to check in until 10pm as they did not have a room ready. We arrived at 6pm and went to our room which was never cleaned so they told us to come back later. The breakfast we prepaid was a joke as the food they had was poor and you needed to ask for a simple glass of juice as well as milk. You need to ask for simple hot water for tea and the coffee was the worst we have ever had.Forget about the breakfast sausage because you couldn't cut it with a knife as it was so well done made it unedible. The TV control was tapped where the battery is placed and did not work it's ok because we were not there long enough to watch tv. I could go on but will let you decide for yourself on the condition of this hotel if you want to waste money.

The hotel was decorated nice and the rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and the hot water was not very hot for a typical hotel shower. For some reason we were in a handicap room .. no entry shower and chair. The water ended up on the floor after showering. I think overall decent condition for this type of hotel. The pool was okay. Shallow and crowded with kids all ages.
