found a rat never went there again it was disgusting I feel so ashamed and for the price I paid I want to get my money back but I cant now because I didn't think the place was on trip advisor which I wish I had known ages ago because I've seen a rat in the room

Great location overlooking the marina with plenty of easy parking. Efficient check in and welcome by friendly staff.

We loved our stay and had a room facing the historic quay which was beautiful with the gorgeous weather we had for the weekend

Absolutely perfect setting for a two day stay. Staff were just so friendly, location was perfect and room was very comfortable.

Family room, really comfy main bed, 2 reasonably comfortable childrens beds. Lovely pillows. Very clean. Lovely view of the marina. Ask for a room that is facing the water not the car park. The pub/restaurant joining the hotel is great. Nice atmosphere, friendly and relaxed,nice staff and good food. Plenty of parking for the hotel. Really good location for Hartlepool and the surrounding areas.

Hotel located at Hartlepool Marina, good access to town centre, staff very friendly, Room comfortable but only one chair which meant one of us had to sit on one of the beds which was awkward other than that very nice stay

The hotel and check in were as expected. The restaurant food and service was very poor. Bar service was poor, unfriendly staff. Food was limited, cold and tepid on arrival and steak was burnt. When advised was offered a free glass of wine. Not a great experience. Breakfast was cold at the servery so again not great. Decided to only eat there once. Hotel was good, food was extremely poor.
