這就是美國電影裏的典型汽車旅館，居住人員很複雜，晚上12點還有人在外面大聲説話，床單枕套不乾淨，馬桶乾淨，夜裡非常擔心安全。入住酒店時，酒店又再次收了房費，我們解釋我們是在攜程上付錢了的，對方説他沒有接受攜程的訂單，我們通過和攜程對接反映情況，第二天又溝通，還是答應退錢，但是需要一定時間，旅館的含早餐，就是咖啡。這是一段特殊的體驗

Have you ever had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare? This such experience has left me angry, livid and utterly disgusted. I was unfortunately there a while and I’ve bitten my tongue but enough is enough. I will recount my encounter with this dirty roach infested hotel and shed light on the unfortunate behavior of an owner whom I’ve seen all of twice in my long-term stay. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted by a friendly staff but a very unsettling site outside. The lack of cleanliness was evident from the very beginning, setting the tone for what would turn out to be an unforgettable stay. Stepping into my assigned room, only intensified my disappointment. The first thing that caught my attention was the presence of roaches scaring around, seemingly undisturbed by the unhygienic conditions. It was an appalling site that made me question the establishments commitment to basic cleanliness furthermore, the room itself was in dire need of maintenance and an update, the walls were staying the furniture worn out and the bedding seemed like it was from the early 90s. Clearly outdated! I approach the staff and conveyed the severity of the situation, and I was moved to different rooms a few times. I understand the front desk can only do front desk duties. So I appreciate them at least moving me. I’ve seen the GM bomb rooms and have pest control yet the situation is still out of hand. The true measure of a hotels character lies in the behavior of its owner, who unfortunately I’ve crossed paths twice, and after gathering courage to try and speak to him, his attitude was nothing short of appalling. Being met with disrespect, his dismissive and rude demeanor, only served to reinforce my belief that this establishment was not deserving of any guests. It is crucial for any hotel owners to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Unfortunately, in this case, the owner failed to me, even the most basic standards as consumers. We deserve better. It is my hope by sharing my experience, others can avoid a similarly disheartening encounter.

Dirty room. Water stopper in the sink broken so the water could not flush out. Even found an old running shoe at the edge of the bed that didn’t belong to us. Tells you how they clean the room before you visit them…

Wi-Fi was worthless, ice cold shower at 9:30 am (no hot water), towels smelled nasty

This is my 1st choice when i visit Fredericksburg. Staff is very Hospitable and friendly. Ivo was especially kind. It doesn't get better than this. Very clean.

A convenient spot to the I-95-----room was clean and quiet cable tv a plus with many channels ---good hot shower

The floor was filthy, there was no refrigerator, no toiletries, and let’s not forget our amazing roommates…COCKROACHES!!!! Disgusting! Only thing nice was the lady at the front desk! Will never be back!!

The room wasn’t available for check in at 4:20pm where we were told they needed another 30 minutes. An hour later upon entry the room smelled of a cleaning agent so strong we needed more time out of it or air it out. No one outside the office staff speaks English. No breakfast as stated in their page of advertisement.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Could not get TV reception as someone had messed with the input. Coffee maker missing its slide-in tray so could not use. Overall a good place to stay for the price and convenience.
