It was just dirty. We had to call the desk, get cleaner, and clean the headboard. There were body fluids and hand prints from the previous guests. They had fun in the room that wasn’t cleaned up. The real issue was we had to clean it ourselves!!

The night associate who checked me in was extremely nice. I wish I could remember his name. The rooms were very nice. I wish the sofa bed was a little more comfortable
but it was no big deal.

Bed is not comfortable at all. The lights were right outside our window. For the price not a good stay at all

Not clean. Floor was filthy. Mattress were stained and not comfortable. Door was not heavy, did not feel secure.

I really wanted to give this hotel a good review. The people working here were nice, but with it being under renovation…I’m not sure if this is what caused some of the uncleanliness we encountered. The room was pretty dingy overall. The windows had smears all over. The ottomans and couch had stains on it. I had a spider fall off of me in the bathroom.
I’m hopeful that they can turn it around once all of this construction is finished. They need new couches/ottomans that are easily cleaned.

No, just no. In town for a weekend ball tournament and chose the hotel because it was less expensive than surrounding hotels. I should know better. I have pretty high standards, but also realize this is just an interstate hotel. So I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but I was disappointed and won't stay here again. Paper thin walls... we could hear all the noise above us, just people walking around but enough to wake us all up at 2 in the morning. Shabby, ratty couch and pillows, stained headboards and chairs, dusty air conditioner.
I will say the front desk was nice and I had no concerns for service or staff. The area is great, we always stay in the area for baseball. Just not here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is undergoing a remodel, which does not affect you at all. The only problem was that the floor in our room was very dirty.

I know they are remodeling, but the floors in our room was filthy. You could tell they have NOT been mopped on a long while. I did tell the front desk.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff was very friendly at both check in and check out. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. We were exhausted from driving 6+ hours. I would recommend this hotel. They were in the process of a remodel but it will be better when it’s done.
