Overall- good stay and clean. The shower had some issues (semi stuck on tub mode instead of shower.)

The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came.
No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappoin**ent being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! Loved our room…only thing i would fix is the loud banging noise outside of our room that kept me up both nights.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Service is exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet quiet quiet! Comfy bed and pillows. Luxurious bathroom. Fast elevators. Plenty of free parking. Convenient location.

This is a beautiful hotel, with gorgeous lobby, nice, clean, spacious rooms and hospitable staff. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are next in town.

Poor service, not very clean, when i called Hyatt corporate i was credited one night back and given a free breakfast .
Coffee was cold by the time i got cream
Eggs were cold by the time they brought silverware.
Hardly anything refilled in breakfast sternos. No bacon until everyone asking was finished eating.
Place needs help and a major upgrrade in all accomodations! Carpets floors and wallpaper down hallways coming off walls. Not a quality hotel. Ive seen motel 6 or red roof inns in better condition with higher quality service for way less the cost of Hyatt.
