There is nothing to complain about!! Absolutely perfect hotel, perfect size of the island, the most beautiful house reef I‘ve ever seen, a lot of rays visited our Watervilla and all the cute little reef sharks came in the morning. We’ve seen dolphins swimming around the island, there were turtles everytime we went snorkeling! The ocean is extraordinary, the water is clear and the weather was a bliss. We will visit the island again when we got kids!!! The stuff is very friendly and they will do anything to let you feel good! If you‘re thinking about booking that hotel - DO IT! Jenna was so cute and Shawf is by far the best waiter!! Btw food by Larisa was freakin stunning!!!!

I have never written a review for a hotel before and the Havodda resort compelled me to do so! Just WOW my husband and I have just returned from a week’s holiday and our first trip to the Maldives. The resort was beautiful and complemented by wonderful staff all of whom could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. A particular thanks to Munjid who greeted us on arrival and looked after us so well. The food was nothing short of spectacular with Pradeep ensuring everything was to the highest standard and greeting us so warmly. Aman who looked after us by the stunning pool. Every member of the team were warm, welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay the most amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week. Overall everything is good. We had all inclusive and enjoyed the food in the buffet. It was very tasty. The surf restaurant BBQ was very good. All staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you for Michael and other waiters. From the bar Thiki is very nice making cocktails. And thank you to our host Mara. She was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended as a host. The main thing is house reef of course. It is worthy to come to this far.

The reef is unreal. Snorkelling by the beach, we saw turtles, sharks, octopuses, and all kinds of colourful fish. We had an overwater bungalow. It was clean and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and were always eager to help. Food was amazing and the chef was extremely nice and friendly. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us and we had tons of great memories. Special thanks to Munjid for taking care of us during our stay. 5/5!

Service excellent , Staff so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. Very relaxing place with plenty of fish and coral to explore. Didn’t want for anything and if we did they were happy to oblige. Would certainly return in the future.

After our stays in 2022 and 2023, we decided to travel to the island for a third time this year and were excited to see what’s new after the takeover by Minor Group's NH Collection brand, e.g. whether we would see some familiar faces again or if/how the food had changed. We were welcomed at Velana Airport and taken to the lounge, where we waited for our onward transfer. We know there are endless reports about the transfer - YES, the journey is exhausting and long, that is a fact, but we already knew this before our first stay and we are prepared to put in the effort because we know what awaits us a few hours later. Basically, we can say that there are no major changes for the time being - not yet! We have met fewer familiar faces than expected, but have had the opportunity to get to know many new and wonderful people through many conversations and take them to our hearts. You often read about courteous staff - we have also been to other islands in the Maldives and yes, there were nice and courteous staff there too, BUT what we experienced here can hardly be put into words. The quote "You come as a guest and leave as a friend" is not true for us, because we left as part of a big family! There is no one who does not care about the well-being of the guests, we were asked for suggestions for improvement by employees with different responsibilities/tasks, chef Pradeep would have fulfilled every wish, but the selection of dishes is so extensive that we did not think it was appropriate to make any extra requests here. But it's not just the choice, the quality of the food is also excellent. A small innovation is the special theme evenings, where freshly fried fish, seafood and meat as well as pasta dishes are served daily, regardless of the theme. The AI concept has been changed slightly - you have the option of having lunch in the "Reef" buffet restaurant as usual - or redeeming daily "credits" at the bar for pizza or snacks (salads, soups, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, ...). In the evening, nuts are now also served with the cocktails - we were personally delighted. :-) The new owner has planned some changes - of course they are working on the well-known erosion problem, Some water villas are to be equipped with their own pool, renovation work is planned in the restaurant, another a la carte restaurant, the sunset bar is to be remodeled, possibly a deck will be added, ... The declared aim is to raise the quality and standard and offer guests a higher standard. Not too much needs to be said about the house reef: incredibly beautiful and fascinating to experience. Even after our 3rd stay and many snorkeling trips, we discovered countless sea creatures: endless species of fish, stingrays, eagle rays, reef sharks, sea turtles, octopuses, moray eels, lobsters, simply a dream! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay at NH Collection Maldives, an amazing resort. Including incredible views, comfortable accommodations, outstanding service and unforgettable activities. First of all, when I set foot on the land of NH Collection Maldives, I was shocked by the unparalleled beauty that greeted me. White sandy beaches extend into endless blue waters, surrounded by azure skies and lush green coconut trees. This resort is located on a private island, surrounded by a tranquil and calm ocean, allowing me to completely immerse myself in the beauty of nature. Whenever I walk on the beach, feeling the soft sand and the breeze caressing my cheeks, I feel like I'm in a paradise world. Secondly, I was very impressed with the accommodation at NH Collection Maldives. I stayed in an overwater villa, which is a well-designed villa on the sea. When I opened the door, I was amazed by the spacious, modern and well-appointed interior. The room is flooded with natural light, entering through floor-to-ceiling windows and offering incredible unobstructed ocean views. I also had a great view of the sunrise from my private terrace, which is an indescribable feeling. The bedding was comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a comfortable sleep every night, ready for the next day's adventures. In addition to accommodation, the service at NH Collection Maldives is impeccable. The staff were always smiling, friendly and ready to help and advise me. Whether dining in the restaurant or at other resort facilities, I was always served with attentiveness and professionalism. My dining experience was impeccable. At NH Collection Maldives, I had the opportunity to attend some unforgettable events. I participated in snorkeling activities and explored the wonderful world of this ocean. Underwater, I saw colorful coral reefs and countless species of fish. I was immersed in the boundless blue ocean and admired the beauty of the islands in the distance. This experience of comfort and tranquility makes me feel relaxed and at one with nature. During my short trip to NH Collection Maldives, I also had the opportunity to sample a variety of cuisines. The resort's restaurants offer a variety of international dishes and local specialties, with each dish carefully prepared and presented with mouth-watering taste and exquisite presentation. I tasted fresh seafood, spice-rich Maldivian cuisine, and delicacies from around the world. Every meal was a gourmet feast that I couldn’t put down. Finally I would like to share my appreciation for Jenna, the water house room manager , for her expertise, attentive service and warm hospitality. Jenna is meticulous. She always greets me with a smiling face and a warm attitude that makes me feel truly welcome. NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort 10-19 aprile 2024 ! Viaggio lungo, ma ne vale la pena! L’abbiamo scelto dopo varie indecisioni sul dove andare. Volevamo un luogo ricco di natura e incentrato sul puro relax . L’abbiamo trovato? Sì ! Reef ricco, laguna bellissima, colori incredibili, stellate magnifiche e vita marina rigogliosa. Sull’isola ci sono i sacchi anti erosione, ma penso che ormai sacchi o muretti si trovino ovunque. Credo che iI lato tramonto sia il più tranquillo rispetto a quello dell’alba perché qui si trovano i due pontili per l’arrivo delle barche e per le attività del diving. Il lato alba però risente meno dell’erosione e la spiaggia è più ampia. Le ville sono bellissime, noi abbiamo alloggiato in una overwater lato tramonto , la 128 🔝, pulizia impeccabile e servizi ottimi . È una finestra sull’oceano con una vista che si perde nel blu e la vita marina che ti passa sotto i piedi. In camera troverete i teli mare, una macchinetta del caffè Nespresso, un bollitore, un asse e un ferro da stiro, infradito, ciabatte da camera, bagnoschiuma,crema per il corpo , shampoo e balsamo buonissimi ( prodotti Australiani veramente ottimi) asciugamani e accappatoi C’è un buon all inclusive e la cucina propone un po’ di tutto ed è tutto buono e fresco( non è una mia priorità😬 cucino male, mangio un po’ di tutto). Il frigobar è fornito di diverse bevande, non ci sono gli snack. Il personale è eccellente, sempre sorridente , professionale e disponibile! Il tempo è stato a volte clemente e altre un po’ meno, ma vi assicuro che non ci siamo MAI annoiati o mortificati; insomma siamo in un paradiso per l’anima 🇲🇻❤️!
