Limited parking but staff moved their car so I could park overnight. Room 10 was very quiet and spacious.

Good stay, very tidy and spacious (though older style) room. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Off street parking behind the hotel. Excellent location, close to train station and tram stop, loads of restaurants and cafes. A little noisy as we were on the first floor and Saturday night. Would stay again.

Great location to shops. Parking tight, free but limited.
Room was a good size, bed was very comfortable.
Older hotel and facilities. Our room had a leaking tap and very noisy mini fridge.

Needs a bit of work in the bathroom, toilet running and tulle curtains ripped in several places

Very noisy, you could hear people walking I. The rooms above us and very noisy in the street .
The drink glasses on the table as you walked into the room had a fine layer of dust on them.
The bed was rather hard and not pleasant to sleep on.
A lot of cosmetic work could be done to improve the overall appearance of the bathroom.
On an upside the spa was super big and nice to be in.

Friendly welcome. Bed really comfortable. Great shower, spacious room, pub for dinner downstairs.
