Sadly the staff at the desk wasnt helpful, ignored my wish and thus i had to talk to the manager about changing the room. They gave me a room without a curtain, and didnt want to offer me any other. I could have left that minute but decided to stay the night, without sleep because the light did shine into the room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. Everything is clean, comfortable, and in good repair. The breakfast is nice; nothing special, but it does the trick. The whole hotel looks and feels a little like a Motel One. One side of the hotel faces a pedestrian square ("Platz am Bollwerksturm") and is probably quiet at night. The other side unfortunately faces a very busy multilane street ("Bundesstrasse 39") with an intersection, and if you like to sleep with your window open, that can be a problem. Granted, the night I was there, seems like some drivers were playing Fast and Furious, doing some street racing.

Excellent place to stay and thr breakfast was out of this world. Fresh juices and yogurts. Rhe assortment of rolls was amazing and you can make various types of coffees on their machine. The bed was super confortable and I had a view at the main tower. The bathroom was a good size and I was in love with the water pressure. I will definitely return.

Aus meiner Sicht das beste Premier Inn in ganz BW. (Hab natürlich noch nicht alle gesehen, aber auf Grund meiner Reisetätigkeit schon sehr viele.) Auch beim zweiten Besuch konstante Qualität! Preisleistung 10/10! Waren über den 06.12. im Hotel und alle Gäste hatten einen Schoko Nikolaus vor der Tür. Einfach richtig süß! Etwas was ich bei einer Kette wie Premier Inn garnicht erwartet hätte. Wenn man aktiv nach einem Grund ein „meckern“ sucht, dann wäre das nach meinem Bedürfnis nur der Kaffee den man verbessern könnte. Jedoch ist das wirklich Jammern auf dem höchsten Niveau! ;P
