Lovely hotel close to the highway We stayed here just one night and we were very satisfied. Food in the restaurant was really tasty and fresh. Nice and friendly staff. The coffee machine was in our room and that's very important for me. Through our window, we could see a highway, but it didn't bother for us (no noises) good place to stay

We travelled from London to Vilnius (Lithuania) by car 16 of December. In Europe was very cold and snowing. Our car broke exactly at Petrol station front of the Hotel. 🤦♀️We stayed one night, but we will remember this Hotel❤️. Was almost midnight when we checked in. Nice, kind, very friendly Staff was helpful and professional. All our requests has been done in a minute. Bed are very comfy and after stress because of car we slept like Angels😁. Our Daughter ELIZAVETA enjoyed the stay in the Hotel and ask to come back in next travel. They have Coffee maker in the room, very delicious breakfast in the morning. They allowed us to stay till 2 pm for free, when I came to pay for late checkout. I used to work as a Head Housekeeper in Park Plaza Westminter Bridge for 7 years and of course I did some spot check. For Housekeeping only one thing I would like to say: BATHROOM very important and MUST to be cleaned up to Standard! But generally room clean, spotless with nice fresh smell. I would like to say HUGE Thanks to Management for your outstanding service! Happy New year and wish you all the best and a lot of Customers!🥂🍾🎄 Kind regards, Olga and Viktoras Zubkovas

Wir „strandeten“ mit einem defekten Fahrzeug an einem Sonntagnachmittag in Helmstedt und trafen mit dem Best Western eine gute Wahl. Der Service des Herrn an der Rezeption war sowohl freundlich, wie erstklassig und eine bestellte Pizza half über das Sonntagabend geschlossene Restaurant hinweg. Der Preis für die Übernachtung mit Frühstück war angemessen und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder, auch ohne defektes Fahrzeug :-)

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der A2, neben der Raststätte Helmstedt, in einem Wohngebiet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer Richtung Wohngebiet und habe von der Autobahn nichts mitbekommen. Wie es also auf der anderen Seite ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Der Parkplatz ist Recht groß und kostet nur ein paar Cent. Die Damen am Empfang waren beide sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, mit allem was man für eine Nacht braucht, oder auch nicht. Großer Flatscreen, großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Minibar (moderate Preise), Telefon und sogar einem Hosenbügler. Auch das Bad war groß, allerdings gibt es hier einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler: zur Schiebetür hin gibt es keine Trennung, so dass beim Duschen das Wasser auch auf den Teppich des Schlafzimmers läuft/ spritzt. Bedingt dadurch sieht der Teppich dort aus, als wäre Schimmel vorhanden. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob es so ist aber dass sollte man im Auge behalten! Ansonsten war alles top! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, zumal auch das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis top war!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Angenehmes Publikum. Nette Bar. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Würde dieses Haus sowohl geschäftlich als auch privat empfehlen. Preis - Leistung stimmt.

Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Autobahn nach Berlin. Das Hotel ist kaum vom Fahrlärm der Autobahn beinträchtigt. Immer sehr zu vorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen auf der Durchreise von der Schweiz an die Ostsee ausgesucht. Schon im Voraus wurde auf Anfragen per Mail innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet, was einen guten Eindruck hinterliess. Der Empfang dann vor Ort war sehr herzlich und speditiv. Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb willkommen. Das Abendessen genossen wir im internen „Chards“ in angenehmen und ruhigen Ambiente. Auch hier waren die Serviceangestellten sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Umgebung trotz der Autobahn auf der Rückseite sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und wurde laufend ergänzt. Hungern brauchte man hier nicht. Der Parkplatz bietet sogar eigene Lademöglichkeiten für E-Fahrzeuge. Wir können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
