God service. Spændende gammelt hotel, hvor den gamle stil er velbevaret. Centralt beliggende ved færge, bus og tog.

Good old hotel.
It's clean, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and everything you need is provided.
I also like that they are considering about the detailed decoration in the hotel.
I will stay when I get Helsingor again.

The checkin was smooth although we arrived late. The room was nice and tidy, but the walls very thin since you could hear the guy next door snoring. Great location, close to the station/harbour and city centre!

Problem with late check-in, had to call the hotel several times to get a specific code. No wi-fi in the room, even though it was supposed to be included in the price. I think that the wi-fi doesn’t work on the attic and that the manager is fully aware of it. We asked for a price reduction but it was like talking to a wall. The hotel has a great location but is in desperate need of renovation. You could not even lock the bathroom door. Would not recommend this hotel. Been traveling Europe for three weeks and this was (by far) the worst hotel (but still the third most expensive).

Nice small hotel in the centre of a busy, interesting town, surrounded by beautiful beaches and countryside. Comfortable room with friendly staff and service. Dinner was nicely cooked but small portions. There were plenty of other places to eat nearby.

Such a nice hotel, very romantic and suitable for the historic city of Elsinore!
The room was very small but cozy and clean. I missed a little fridge and perhaps a towel more. But all over a very good experience!
Nice service, they played very loud music from the restaurant kitchen one of the nights, but I went down and talked to them and they were very nice and apologized and turned it down.
