Das Hotel liegt super zentral, nur zwei Minuten von der Esplanadi entfernt. Bis zum Riesenrad, der Markthalle, dem Allas Pool und dem Markt sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Überall kann man Scooter ausleihen, mit denen man sich in der Stadt bewegen kann.
Das Hotel hat ein super Frühstücksbuffet, das sehr reichhaltig ist und sehr gut schmeckt. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, Waffeln zum Selbermachen, Müsli, frisches Obst, Joghurt, verschiedene Säfte, Lachs, warme Speisen und eine Kaffeemaschine, aus der man sich selbst seinen Kaffee der Wahl lassen konnte. Das Bett im Zimmer war toll und man hat sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist schon etwas älter und der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigt einen Innenhof. Das ist aber für ein Stadthotel nicht ungewöhnlich. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind alle sehr hilfsbereit.: Fazit: wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen

You always feel welcomed in this hotel, as it has a unique atmosphere of a family business. Always friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms, tasty Nordic breakfast. The outdoors terrace gives you some private space to sit outside and enjoy Finland's long summer nights. Being situated in the very city centre of Helsinki, it is a wonderful location to walk to the main attractions, harbour or business entities situated in the centre.

A nice little hotel on a very good mid downtown location. Rivoli Jardin has a nice atmosphere a bit on the bohemian side. Cosy room (big plus for the sofa) and excellent breakfast. I would imagine the inner court yard would be a perfect place to hang out with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on summer time.

When I came to a hotel the atmosphere feld very nice and cosy. The room was very quiet and I slept very well. It was little hot and I coudn't adjust the room temperature. I assume that in the summer rooms are very hot. For 8 weeks I haven't slept more than 4,5h in two or three parts because my toddler is theething so I went to a hotel to get some sleep. I asked to a receptionists to make sure that they remembered to give me a quiet room as I have asked. Suddenly the receptionist wasn't so friendly and snap at me that every room here is in the same direction and this is downtown and we can't affect the customers. This hurt my feelings and almost made me cry. The breakfast was simple but very good and I didn't want anything more. The receptionist in the morning didn't seem very friendly either. They could smile more. All in all this could have been my regular hotel because its so quiet but I feld very unwelcome and like I was bothering them so that's why I woudn't recommend it. I also didn't like that they didn't ask how was my stay.

Average experience. The whole feels cramped, the lobbies are a bit messy. Breakfast room and reception in the same area, ensure that the breakfast is not a peaceful. The room is spacious but the air is a bit stuffy there. The bed is ok and big. The interior of the room is a mix of old and cheap. Small shower. The breakfast is filling and plentiful. However, staying overnight during Christmas week, so full of Christmas dishes for breakfast.

The hotel is charming with a courtyard that is perfect for a quiet drink with friends and a convenient central location. When I realized my backpack was missing, the hotel staff sprang into action. They checked with the taxi and airport lost and found often and gave us updates, they were sincerely concerned. After we left Helsinki, they continued the search and emailed us daily. Fortunately the backpack was found and the hotel graciously handled the paperwork necessary to send it back to us in the States. I am grateful for their caring and persistence in getting the backpack back to me.

Great location, fantastic garden and a clean, comfortable room. Visiting Helsinki for the first time to take part in the Helsinki marathon the Rivoli Jarden was an excellent choice. Located less than a 5 minute walk to port area and central shopping it made for an excellent stay. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and excellent wifi. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Staff were always available and happy to help. Tip, if the weather is good take an hour or so to sit out in the garden. Helsinki is a great city to visit for a few days. Plenty to see and do

In close walking proximity to the central train station and all the sights including the market square and the ferry’s / boat tours. The breakfast was included and had a great choice especially Finnish products. The rooms were clean and I love the cover on the bed by Lennon , great touch. Has all the amenities you would expect , mini bar and toiletries. Bathroom was small but not an issues. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

We had a 3 night stay here when visiting Helsinki for the Ed Sheeran concert. The hotel is Ina great location, just a short stroll to the Esplanade,Senate Square and the port where the boat trips depart from. The rooms are a decent size, ours overlooked the courtyard, and we had a wonderfully comfortable superior sized bed. The “bathroom” was small having only a shower rather than a bath and it was somewhat dated - but perfectly fit for use. Breakfast was great with a wide range of foods for all tastes - my only disappointment was that the coffee wasn’t great but there are several good coffee shops within a short walk of the hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the service. All the staff were really helpful but Elena stood head and shoulders above them all - she was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her.
