This property was as expected for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING when we arrived! It was frustrating ********** had to walk with our bags to get to our room in the snow. Would have been nice if the sidewalk was shoveled or salted.

I stay at the Red Roof Inn whenever in the Herkimer area as great place to stay, especially when travelling on business. The front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Love staying in one of the rooms in the back as very quiet, amenities are perfect for one night stays too

The staff and area is great and our first stay was 5 stars. But our second stay was a 3 star since the room was not clean at all. The floor was sticky, we found 3 beer bottle caps and the towels weren't clean. So, I wouldn't recommend this place since the rooms cleanliness was average.

The room was beautiful and clean and very comfortable and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options, and the coffee was hot and strong enough! I can’t think of a single negative! Loved it!

Theresa at the front desk is exceptional. She remembers me every time I stay and always has my room, key and paperwork ready. Comfortable place to stay when visiting my daughter.

Easy to get to. Clean room. The price of the room is very reasonable for how nicely taken care of the room is. I will be back there again

The check in was easy until we got to the room and found the bed was unmade. The front desk was very responsive and switched us to another room quite quickly.

By far the nicest Red Roof I've ever stayed in!! Nicely updated, clean, large rooms, super helpful staff. The breakfast had all of the options that you would expect of a nice hotel.
