When we got there, they gave me the key of our room, it turned out that the room was already occupied by another couple, I realized that because I opened the door and the people inside just looked at me surprised /scared. I apologized for the incident to them and went to the lobby, they just gave me a different room now, staff apologized for the mistake. New room was OK until a weird and strong buzzing noise started above our bed somewhere inside the ceiling around 8pm for around 20 minutes then stopped, same noise again around 4am for another 20 minutes, it wakes us up really annoying. It seemed like plumbing issues.

Front desk staff were excellent. Parking is wonderful and 24 hour security. In fact all the staff were professional and pleasant. The reason for not five stars is because of the restaurant. I’m not sure if it is operated by the hotel but it is 180 degrees different. Staff not caring and uninformed.Italian Restaurant with a menu for hamburgers to a couple of pizza. Wine list for reds consisted of one Sangre de toro from Spain. We left and had drinks and a snack at the pool bar. Reymundo was excellent as were the margaritas. The food was very blah again from the Italian Restaurant’s
kitchen. I would recommend the Hotel, drinks at the pool and go anywhere else for dinner.

Nice stay only the curtains not dark. They gave me the last room in the building. Parking a little uncomfortable.
