Been there before, with no issues, this time we got there the second night there Grand kid was hungry so we stopped at restaurant to get food and as we got there a couple was complaining about service, we just ordered 2 tacos it took them close to an hour to serve them. Wife was asking why it was taking so long the server said meat was frozen and it took a while to defrost this was 20 minutes into it she wanted to leave but had to stay couse grand daughter wanted tacos. Was there for 3 days always eating out instead.

Your dining room staff were not professional took them 20 to service jad to to keepasking for coffee did t bother explain to about there buffet and they put out coffee bread S a courtesy. Please do better we frequent customers

It is a pretty decent place, the hotel is old but the rooms are clean and everything works as its supposed to. pretty good deal for the money. great breakfast !!

All the people at the front desk are very professional and friendly. I was impressed by them. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Over priced booking for the quality and location
Bathroom oder from sewage unable to contain. Horrible.
No hot water during the shower!!!! Incredible!!
Loud noise from upstairs could hear footsteps. Unable to sleep due to noise and odor.

Check in was great and fast for 3 rooms. Staff was really nice & professional. The security guard was extremely helpful. 1 of the nicer hotels in Nogales, so it's always 1 of our top choices to stay at. They gave a restaurant with room service.

This hotel is poorly maintained, furniture is old and all damaged. The sheets were dirty and had hair from previous guests I guess? I asked the front desk ladies if we could get them changed and they did send housekeeping. Elevator was not working the day we got there nor the day after. Everything is either damaged or broken. Will not be staying here again. The staff is nice though.
