Very convenient since I was traveling by bus and station is next door. But no restaurant available and had to cross a very busy street. They do have delivered food from various restaurants though. I was just in a hurry. Staff service is totally excellent.

My neighbors kept talking in the hallway and were super loud. I called the front desk. They talked to our neighbors but they were still talking super loud in the hallway. They front desk gave us another room in a different floor. Good service!

Water run out in the morning, and they weren't understandable to bring xtra pillows and blankets

Staff only speaks spanish but very nice. No elevator with lots of uphill walking and stairs. No ice machines but did have filtered water jug stations on every level by the stairs, with new paper cups for easy fill

Even though the staff was very nice amd tried their best to accommodate my needs, not one employee spoke English, which being only minutes from the border i thought or would assume someone would speak basic English on staff. Still very professional and kind people!
