Days Inn by Wyndham Hershey

It was a great stay. In town for a Hershey Bears game. This hotel is close to all the attractions, plus near some wonderful eateries and food choices. Well priced, though I am sure it is more expensive during the Hershey Park season. My second stay here and I will be coming back.

First, when we received our room key, we went up to our room and lo and behold there was an couple already assigned to that room. We opened the door to a very compromising situation. I’m sure they were just as embarrassed as we were. The sink did not drain. We had to wait till the next morning for the water to go down, I noticed that the grout in the bathroom was very black. So apparently no one ever cleans the grout with bleach. I also noticed on the receipt that they charged me $1.50 for the usage of the safe. We were never asked if we wanted to use a safe which we didn’t use so therefore, I spent $1.50 for no reason I would only give this hotel a 3 to 4 star rating .

We enjoyed our stay. The chocolate smell in the hallway was amazing. Lol The lady checking in was very nice and friendly. When we went to pool for she gave my kids pool toys. Beds could use an upgrade but we still slept well. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. Check out staff was not as friendly, maybe it was because she was also taking care of the breakfast being served. The breakfast was you normally hotel breakfast, which was fine. Would recommend and we will stay again.

Decent hotel in an excellent location. Most everything was just fine. The complimentary breakfast was OK, but lacking in meat options.

At checkout we learned that the shuttle to our destination was not running, so that was a disappointment but the hotel is a convenient walk to where we were going. About an hour after being there, another couple just walked into our room. Their key worked and we were both assigned the same room. The couple were assigned another room but then our keys were also deactivated but were not told so, until we tried to re-enter our room with a handful of stuff and a 6 year old that had to pee. My husband found a hole in the bathroom that creeped him out but he didn't bother to mention it to me until later, so I wouldn't worry. There was a mirror in our room that was creeping me out. I tried to cover it with a blanket and when I did, someone knocked on our wall from the adjoining room. At that point, I blocked the door to the hallway and the door to the adjoining room. We were only there one night thankfully. The rooms were mostly clean but our fitted sheet kept popping off the corner of our bed, exposing the bare mattress. Breakfast was decent, well stocked and clean. There was just something about it a little unsavory.

Definitely not the best stay, staff was willing to help with the reservation AFTER ******* fixed a mistake. Not the friendliest staff.

My stay was great. I have stayed here a few times. The only thing I was surprised with the conditions of the elevator floors. They were very dirty . I usually never see that

The entire staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. Julie at the Front Desk was very helpful. Thank you!

Had everything we needed, very clean. Check-in and out was seamless. Close to venue. Breakfast items very limited would be my only disappointment, would have liked scrambled eggs, but that is just a matter of preference, not to take away from the hotel.
