Hypnos Hotel

Returning to Hypnos hotel after 2 years absence. It has been redecorated since our last visit. Warm welcome , help with carrying luggage to my room . Very comfortable bed . Hotel has a bar so met friends who also stayed there for a drink.Apparently it closes at 8 pm but we still enjoyed our drinks at 9 o’ clock. Hotel has secure parking for 4 cars so it is advisable to book it beforehand. Located in the centre of the town with shops within a short walk. Breakfast at the hotel available. Looking forward to returning to stay there during my next visit early next year.

We were visiting Crecy and Agincourt. Hesdin is suitably place betwen the two battlefields. The hotel is in town, near bars and restaurants, and there is even a small supermarket nearby, which sells everything you could really want - food and drink. The rooms are clean and well enough appointed. Kettle, TV, etc. The beds comfortable. There is no restaurant and the hotel closes up the bar/reception area at 8pm, so one has to go out for dinner or eat your own food in a small communal meeting room where it is possible to eat and drink, on the first floor. We (3 of us) found this particularly useful as were were discussing our visits over a glass of wine in this room, and this would have been difficult to do in the sleeping rooms as we had to look at maps and spread these out over a large flat surface. It's not a "meeting" room as such, and anyone can use it. The breakfast was OK. Buffet style help yourself. For our purposes, an overnight, we found the location good, the rooms satisfactory, the secure parking a bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Zeer leuk hotel. We werden prima ontvangen aan de receptie. De kamers waren zeer ruim en recent gerenoveerd. We kregen ook een goede plaats om onze fietsen te stallen. Ook bij het ontbijt was alles aanwezig. De ligging van het hotel is ook top en er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt.

Accueil sympathique du propriétaire , on se sent chez nous , disponibilité pour les horaires d'arrivée et les petit déjeuners et bons conseils pour notre séjour , notamment pour les bons endroits à visiter dans la région , les bons restaurants à proximité etc....

Hôtel aux allures de pension familiale. Décor rétro. Séjour très agréable. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Hôtel très calme. Confiture du petit déjeuner exceptionnelle! C'était mon troisième séjour et j'ai déjà envie d'y retourner.

En déplacement professionnel sur le secteur et ayant une aversion pour les grandes chaînes d’hôtel qui frôlent l’escroquerie, j’ai choisi cet hôtel de centre ville et quelle belle surprise. Confort, charme fou, excellent accueil, tout y est. Petit bémol (dans un vrai état d’esprit constructif), le petit déjeuner aurait mérité du pain et de la viennoiserie de boulangerie… cependant, pas d’opulence, on réserve la veille pour le lendemain et ça ça me va magnifiquement bien (gaspillage). Bref, pas de quoi faire baisser une note qui s’avère excellente. À bientôt l’hypnos, on se reverra bientôt
