get what you expect from Premier inn, this hotel was no exception, friendly, warm and inviting, room was clean and well arranged. Only negative was staff communion within the restaurant, they need to communicate ore especially when its your first time there. Food was slightly expensive for what you received on the plate, my food was only warm but eatable, breakfast was the same, not really hot but food quality was great.

Really lovely hotel situated in a good area. From the time we arrived every member of staff that we came across was so friendly and welcoming. We booked two family rooms that we wanted opened up into one room (we requested this by telephone after our booking and the staff were very helpful ) Both rooms had everything that we needed, were very clean and we all slept so well. We didn’t have breakfast but, booked an evening meal that was absolutely lovely and definitely worth the money and once again staff were all very helpful and friendly. Definitely be staying here again.

PREMIER INN IS WHAT IT IS A CONVENIENT HOTEL WITH BASIC COMFORTS IN A GOOD LOCATION WITH AN EATING PLACE . CHECK IN AND PARKING ALL FINE... PLACE IS LOOKING TIRED BUT RECEPTION STAFF VERY PLEASENT ETC. ROOM SUITABLE FOR OUR NEEDS ... QUIET LOCATION WITHIN THE HOTEL. WHAT LETS THIS LOCATION DOWN IS THE BREWERS FAYRE. NOT GOOD AT ALL. IT WAS BUSY ON THE SATURDAY EVENING BUT LACK OF STAFF ON DUTY TO SERVE WAS NOT GOOD, OUR FOOD WAS FINE BUT THE WHOLE PLACE IS LACKNG EVERYTHING TO BE HONEST AND BREAKFAST YES ITS SELF SERIVE NOT A PROBLEM AND IT SUITS MOST PEOPLE BUT IT WAS COLD STAFF NOT INTERESTED, YOU ORDER FOOD FROM THE KITCHEN YOU WAIT AN AGE FOR IT TO COME AND THEY WASTE SO MUCH FOOD ITS STUPID... I STAY VIA WORK AT A NUMBER OF PREMIER INNS BUT THIS IS THE WORST ON THE FOOD SIDE

I booked this hotel as regularly stay with Premier Inn hotels around the country, I know what to expect and the beds are very comfortable. However on this occasion, this Premier Inn just did not hit the mark. But arriving later in the day and in the dark, I checked in swiftly and went to my room. At no stage did the reception staff ask me to validate my car registration number with them nor advise that I had too, now I am in receipt of a £60 parking charge, which I will appeal. Apparently there is signage in the car park but arriving in the dark it cannot be seen. As far as I was aware it clearly states on the booking page for this hotel stating free parking and does not mention you have to validate your car registration number, so a heads up if you decide to book this hotel. Also 4g/5g and wifi reception is non existent, no signal at all. My room was absolutely fine and very clean and all the staff as usual are friendly and polite. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant clean. I would not stay at this particular Premier Inn again due to these issues.

Fairly average hotel room with tea making facilities but no refrigerator and shaving facilities. WiFi was poor and restricted to one free device with offers to pay £5/day for more devices and better streaming. Mobile phone signal kept dropping out because of poor signal. I didn’t have dinner only had breakfast because it was good value, I provided my own dinner. Plenty of parking

We always go for a Premier Inn when needing to stay away from home. This time it was to drop our daughter at University. We simply picked the cheapest from 4 around the area and were very pleased with the location when we arrived. Lovely clean room with large comfy bed and there was no noise so we were completely undisturbed. There are even a few Peacocks in the grounds!

Lovely relaxing stay, was lovely to arrive to the peacock to great us. we would definitely stay again and was lovely room, with facilities and can't knock the shower either.

We had a 1 night stay after a day at the near by Beverley races. The staff are what makes me give the score I have as they are all very lovely. Especially Sarah on reception who took time to tell me about the Peacock and also sorted out a minor issue for us. Although we did not get rooms close together we still enjoyed our stay and our children were overjoyed to see Penelope and the babies at breakfast. Nice little touch giving the kids a treat for the colouring in. The grounds could do with some maintenance which would make sitting outside a bit more appealing. The rooms were very warm but a fan was provided in each room to try cool them down.

My first impression when arriving at the hotel car park was that the whole area was untidy and grim. The reception was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and due to the weather and the fact that the hotel had no aircon, a fan was provided. I had an evening meal on the first night and was not impressed at all, it was nothing special and not much of it considering the cost. The following morning I had breakfast which was the normal English breakfast. However on being seated I noticed just how dirty the area looked, shabby carpets dirty grimy chairs sticky tables. On the whole not a pleasant experience. This by way was the Brewers Fayre, not Premier Inns. On the advertising which was what I decide on when booking,is nothing like the pictures. I just wish had known the truth of the matter before booking. have stayed on many occasions with Premier in the past but felt badly let down with this area. Staff by way were great.
