Nice place, good location, good service at the reception and restaurant....but room cleaning is not good.

As your company knows to well, my wife and did not go, as we tried to cancel due to the wedding being off, and your company said oh how terrible but we cant give your money back, and just stole it from me and my wife, and now you want me to give you and the hotel a nice review, how I ended on your site in the first place as went through to booking .com not you! And as for Premier Inn we will never book another hotel with them again, so take this review and post it where the Sun dont shine!!

Window doesn't open at all so no fresh air, and couldn't see out of window because of condensation on inside of outer window. Had to pay £6 per day for parking when already paying £123 for a one-night stay. Extractor fan in bathroom hardly worked so toilet smells went into bedroom. No way of contacting reception from room. Room as clean and bed comfy. Good to have 12pm checkout.

Nothing luxurious but room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with VERY hot water. Personnel helpful & friendly. Hotel restaurant was also good. Very close to shops. Why must "die Bewertung mindestens 200 Zeichen enthalten???????

Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Clear instructions and advice about sustainability and tv is a good size and in a sensible place. Food in the restaurant on the ground floor was very tasty and very reasonable - definitely worth a try.

The rooms are ok, clean & tidy. That’s about all that’s positive. WiFi is none existent and has been for the last 12 month, no excuse in this day and age. When on business WiFi is essential. 1 of the 2 lifts still not fixed, over 12 month now. Reception just says trying to get it fixed.( well if you can't in 12 month there is something seriously wrong. ) Won’t be staying here again.

Staff were lovely, it was very clean and the food was decent A good location for what we needed and I slept well without any noise disturbance Parking is an issue particularly anyone using the disabled bays without a badge
