Front desk service staff were excellent. They were attentive and served us promptly during check-in and check out. They even helped to carry the baggage up and down the flight of stairs during my check in / out.
Hotel is beside a convenient shop and opposite have 2 to 3 massage shop. The best is their in-house Spa at the top floor. Pay abit more but u get quality massage.
Plenty of eateries along the hotel stretch. The whole stretch of road are full of cafes, restaurants and within walking distance to Ben Tanh. This is my 2nd time stay.

Receptionist is very realistic and don't seems really willing to entertain if you dress shabbily or with a kid.
Overall place don't seems welcoming for family but more for business travellers.

Spacious room and bathroom. Food is delicious. The location is so close to everything. 👍highly recommended.

This is a great hotel that is perfect for families. The spa there is really awesome. Close to the city and with tons of food options. The room was clean and no complaints at all.

On the positive side great location and spacious room but not a four star hotel in terms of facilities. Pool really didn’t look clean and water smelt funny. Breakfast was one of the most basic I’ve had. Had a massage and couldn’t recommend it. The masseuse chatted to her colleague the whole way through it and hurt my knee. Went down for early breakfast when leaving although supposed to start at 06.30am the egg station was still not operational at 6.45am. However if you are ok with an old fashioned room you can’t argue with location

Great city hotel with character and charm. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast options. Centrally located in D1 if you’re doing a city trip. Recommend!

Great location, nearby to all amenities, F&B for tourists. Staff were helpful & efficient
Room was clean (could be cleaned slightly better the next day) and spacious.
Two requests;
shower curtain is to tiny, to match the area where the water will spray
Mixer faucet be used instead of one hot & one cold. More environmentally friendly
