Got a 2-bedrooms apartment with balcony and we enjoyed very much the whole stay, especially my teens. 1 thing to mention is the cleanliness, us superb! I happened to spill some water in the kitchenette floor and I got toilet rolls to wipe & amazingly, the roll still white... Lol!
Concierge is super helpful and breakfast choices, superb!

The hotel is in the heart of Saigon, district 1, very close to all the most popular area to visit.
The hotel is clean, well arranged and the residence side can offer an ideal solution for the family (the apartment is huge and well organised). The breakfast can offer a various selection of - really - everything and the service is super.
I highly recommended this hotel, no matter the type of visit in Ho Chi Minh

2nd time in this place and again I find it a really awesome property. Bit pricey but you basically get benefits of a hotel with the space of a serviced apt. Plenty space, all well taken care of and feels fresh, nice with a prooer fridge and the washing machine as well. Decent sized balcony with view over District 1 skyline. Location quite central with only a few minutes walk to the opera house and city hall area and a brief 20min taxiride to the airport. Staff is great and very serviceminded throughout. Breakfast in Basilico is superb or you can also get the buffet over in the hotel. This place will always be high on my list if I need a hotel in the area, well done. Again 👍🏼

Was very nice stay, the breakfast food was totally amazing, the staff is very kind and good service. Our room was amazing and the tv and audio sytem we very professional. For sure comeback here again.

The overall services are good . The room is very big & comfortable. However, it should be better to stay in the hotel instead of this residences area due to the location and hotel facilities!

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. The 2 bed room apartment that I booked was very huge and the room amenities all look new. The room is very clean and well-kept. The service of the staff are also excellent!! Thanks for making my stay so memorable!
