We were left with a very unpleasant feeling from the hotel. We book the Marriot very often and a lot. I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. The price in the reservation is for 3 adults.
The hotel asked me to pay 85€ for an extra bed. We stood at the reception for 30 min while the receptionist checked our reservation. Checked how TRIP shows the price for the hotel. We said we didn't need the extra bed. In China, Marriott always suggest that child lives without charge if using existing beds.
Then the receptionist said sorry for the mistake, that the extra bed for us as a compliment from the hotel.
After 15 min called to the room and said - if we want to keep the extra bed we have to pay 85€. If not - then the bed will be taken out of the room.
We didn't order a extra bed, we didn't ask for it. We booked a room where the price for a room for 3 people. But when we arrive, the hotel tells us that they have different rules and different prices. Is it my fault? I felt bad. I didn't feel welcome at Vinpearl 😔
I always book a hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. And always look if you can stay in one room, or have to book 2 rooms. But Vinpearl clearly showed that the price is for 3 persons! Not recommended .

Hotel was awesome. From the time you step into your lobby, you are very well taken care of until check out. The hotel facilities have everything. They are very attentive of your every single needs. Thank you Vinpearl for giving your best!
Room is definitely more pricey but it is really worth paying to enjoy top notch services and facilities.

highly recommended! if you are looking for a peaceful night, then you’ll definitely book this hotel ☺️ it has a very good view, we stayed at 55/F, corner room.

Superb experience. Room are big and modern with very good view of the city skyline. Service is also superb, staff are courteous and gives a welcoming smile. Breakfast is very good with wide selection of pastry too.

Best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Service was beyond anything. Nice views from my panoramic room. Breakfast had a huge and nice spread! Will definitely come back again!

The hotel was perfect. Had a room in the 53 th floor with an view over the whole city. Incredible. We just arrived at sunset. You can walk the floor and can see all the directions. Breakfast is in the 66 floor. Incredible view and awesome service. The breakfast has a high variety and is very good.
The location is directly at the Saigon river and a wonderful park. All sightseeing places are easily to be reached with a grab. Wonderful stay in the hotel

Awesome panoramic view from room.
You will not regret to pay for breakfast and it’s dinner seafood buffet.
I was here in May 2023. And I am back again in July 2023.
Stayed with my cousin at room 5713.

Amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Every staff member I met was nice, friendly and went out of their way to help or service me. It truly was a wonderful VIP experience. Definitely will do it again! The hotel was beautiful and the view were breathtaking!! They had the most amazing gingerbread house in the hotel lobby. The hotel has many bars and restaurants inside to accommodate different taste levels. The beds were soft and the rooms were a good size. The new year roof top party was nice. I choose to do this because the city was unbearable and had to move in between destinations because of the holiday. The breakfast was amazing highly recommend getting it and you can have breakfast on the amazing rooftop. Everything is wonderful about this hotel. It also sits above a mall so everything you need, food, groceries, clothes and necessities are right there close by. The hotel is also away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough that it's not to far. I will definitely be back again!
