Please be careful possible scam - several properties with similar names but same address. Tried to take my money then cancelled my booking. Was waiting for 4 hours book in at 3pm cancelled my booking at 306pm - very rude when contacted and cut me off then no reply Suprise

There's market close to property, so 5th Floor is really noisy, property management are supper nice and flexible

I am very satisfied with the room service of Saigon Fairy Land. The host Fairy is very enthusiastic and friendly, getting everything ready for our 5-day stay. The room is always clean and comfortable, meeting the needs of my family. Moreover, the staff support service at Saigon Fairy Land is always ready to help and solve problems quickly. I recommend 5 stars for Saigon Fairy Land for helping me have a great trip. Definitely, this is my first choice when I come to Sai Gon.

The flat was okay, but having to pay for housekeeping was annoying. But otherwise you only have 2 towels for the duration of your stay. The room wasn’t especially clean. There was a lot of noise from outside from early morning in the flat we stayed in including a cockerel from 6am. Location wise, it wasn’t bad for getting to places, but the immediate areas to walk were dirty with many rats about later at night.

I booked the week of New Year’s Eve in August. I showed up on schedule. I was directed to an apartment in the low rise affordable block associated with The Millennium. I was on the second floor with a view of the Seven Eleven across the courtyard shining in the window all night! The A/C was filthy with mold and the bathroom smelled of seriously deficient cleaning practices. The neighbors cooked smelly food with their doors open. Laundry adorned every balcony. Yay! I stayed one night and canceled the rest. Every amenity was misrepresented. I expected a high floor. The salt water pool and gym were only accessible by going out of the low rent rooms and walking around the block to the real property. When I tell you I was upset believe it. I insisted on leaving in the morning. It gets better! They charged me for two nights and told the booking site I never showed up! According to B.C. They did this to beat them out of the commission. This also means I couldn’t review it! Do yourself a favor if you like this type of booking skip this operator!!! I went next door to Rivergate and got everything I expected here for less, on 12 hours notice! Notice how many reviews I’ve posted. I have spoken!

Was a very good stay! Good location and lovely apartment with a great pool and gym.
We tried to cook a small meal on Christmas Day which was a little tight. Other than that! Perfect stay
