The building complex is great, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient access to tourist spots. Jason was very helpful during check-in, and having a full unit with a washer made traveling with family easier.

It’s almost connected landmark 81 which is the tallest building in hcmc! There is a mall behind the building and lots of convenient stores and banks. There’s a park by the river which we didn’t have time to see. You can probably just hangout in the area for a day. You’ll have to taxi to district 1 which is the only downside. The place has a washer which is a big plus! We’re on the 38th floor so the view was quite nice.

The apartment matched its description, and there were no unpleasant surprises. It was clean and comfortable, and our kids had a great time at the pool and playground.

its just a grab away from District1, bigger space, clean, apartment facilities. lot of restaurants and convenient stores on the ground floor. you need to really read the fine print as the check in is in diff building and not 24/h. but overall I like more here. I highly recommend to opt for the apart-accommodation than the hotel in the D1.

Check in can be a little difficult for a first time traveler because the host had to be reached by text or phone to a local number. The check in location listed after booking on P2 is incorrect. Check in is virtual. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. The only consistent problem seems to be small ants in the apartments and very weak washing and drying machines. Otherwise, it is a decent option and cost effective for most travelers.

Everything is absolutely impeccable. The view is truly enchanting, and the room maintains a high level of cleanliness. There are no grievances whatsoever. Your visit to Bangkok promises to be filled with delightful memories. Should I return, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here once more. I surmise that anyone who lodges here will share my preferences and be thoroughly pleased.

Even though I checked in late at 11 PM, the host greeted me warmly and helped with the check-in process. I greatly appreciated their quick and useful responses during my stay. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well arranged. I highly recommend it!
